Nuestra estancia en el hotel Balcón Bleu, en Chaouen, fue muy agradable y, sobre todo, muy humana. Lo más extraordinario del hotel es la cercanía y amabilidad de los dos señores que lo regentan, siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera bien y de que nos sintiéramos cómodos.

Viajamos en diciembre y hacía bastante frío. Por desgracia, uno de los calefactores de la habitación no funcionaba y la primera noche resultaba realmente desagradable salir de la cama para ir al baño. Se lo comentamos al día siguiente y lo solucionaron de inmediato proporcionándonos un calefactor supletorio, lo que demuestra su gran disposición para ayudar.

Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Medina y con fácil acceso al aparcamiento, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy práctica y cómoda.

En resumen, un hotel sencillo pero con un trato excepcional que marca la diferencia.
