Nice location for hikers as well as for those who needed a break.
Pros:

All what we needed was there, like washing machine, little kitchen, good comfortable bed with high quality linen, lift to first floor. On a busroute, bus stop across the street.

Pros:

Excellent location - bus stop (orsia) directly outside hotel. No need for car. We caught the bus from pont Saint Martin - very cheap. Bus within ski area is free.

Only 2 mins drive to main ski lift with hotel. Ski home.

Martino was an excellent host. Extremely friendly.

Sauna/ hamman area spotlessly clean

I would happily return to this apartment again.
Pros:

The manager and Martino were simply fantastic. They were very friendly, approachable and professional. They were very helpful and informative. They went the extra mile to ensure we all had a very pleasant and hassle free holiday. They make caring for their guest personal.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn't gone on was the stairs in our apartment was steep and had very little room for your feet.

Ski week
Pros:

The split level apartment was very clean, warm and well equipped. The manager Luisa and the shuttle driver Martino were very helpful - the free shuttle transported us 5 minutes to the ski lifts in the morning and we were able to ski back to the Residence at the end of the day. We also liked the spa with a sauna and steam room which was clean and modern.

Cons:

The staircase/ladder up to the bedrooms was very steep and the bed was possibly the hardest and most uncomfortable we have ever encountered! We were only able to sleep by putting single duvets from the unused bunk room on top of the mattress.

Great value big apartment with good ski connections.
Pros:

Lovely big apartment with a fine view up the valley to the mountains. Recent snow made it even more stunning. Welcome was great with lots of information and lots of help getting the best deal on the ski pass. Restaurant across the road is very good. Pleasure! Thank you!

Cons:

Google maps still shows a ski lift from across the road. This lift is no longer there. It is possible to take the regular ski bus 2km up the road to the main lifts and you can ski back to the door. In season the hotel provides a shuttle service so no probs!

Pros:

great location! comfortable apartments with beautiful views of the mountains. excellent staff! (Luisa and Ricardo are very helpful!). possibility to ski back home is fantastic - a ski run ends right at the property. in the morning the owners offer a free shuttle to the lifts every 10min. we have been to Gressoney many times and this was our best stay.
