Un oasi di tranquillità in Maremma
Pros:

Struttura accogliete con tanto spazio verde privato e ben recintato, ideale per accogliere i cani. Abbiamo soggiornato in un bellissimo appartamento grande con 2 bagni. Il mare non è lontano e le spiagge sono molto belle. Ho apprezzato la pace e la tranquillità del residence. Utili lavatrice e lavastoviglie

Non ci sono zanzariere e le zanzare non mancano. La maggior parte delle pentole non sono adatte per il piano ad induzione . È presente un’unica piastra e non si possono tenere al massimo due fornelli contemporaneamente quindi cucinare per una famiglia (noi eravamo in 6) può essere problematico. Bisogna adattarsi. Non c’è il canovaccio in cucina, ricordatevi di portarlo. Non c’è il forno

Quiete, ma altresì ottima posizione per raggiungere molti punti di interesse.
Inoltre perfetto per chi viaggia con cani che qui troveranno giardini ben recintati più un'area cani all'interno della struttura.

Se hai un cane è il top giardino ampio e recintato .

Cons:

Unico neo che per andare a una caffetterie o qualsiasi altro posto minimo 15 minuti di macchina e la strada intorno alla struttura è molto dissestata .

Ottima struttura, lontanto dal movimento, per chi cerca relax oltre al mare. Ottima la piscina e la pulizia.

Cons:

Un po'lontano dalle spiagge (15 minuti in macchina) in linea d'aria sulla carta sembra meno. Wifi pessimo.

Świetne miejsce na rodzinny wakacyjny wypoczynek w Toskani.
Pros:

Mieszkaliśmy w willi z trzema sypialniami. Domy są wygodnie zbudowane, mają duże ogrody i żywopłoty, co daje poczucie kameralności. Sprawnie działała klimatyzacja. Jest wygodna kuchnia, zmywarka i pralka. Bardzo nam się podobało, że można zamówić pieczywo i rano czeka na Ciebie na recepcji paczka z pachnącymi bułkami.
Basen czysty. Teren zielony bardzo starannie utrzymany (trawa koszona regularnie i podlewana).

Mieszkasz w bardzo cichej i spokojnej okolicy, na wsi - świetne miejsce na reset jeśli mieszkasz w mieście :-) nad morze i do parku Maremma łatwo dojedziesz samochodem

Cons:

Schody na górę są strome i kręte, mogą być wyzwaniem np. dla małych dzieci. Internet nie działał zbyt sprawnie... no ale przecież jedziesz na wakacje, aby cieszyć się Rodziną i przyrodą, a nie po to, żeby siedzieć w sieci ;-)
W kuchence działały tylko dwa palniki, więc jeśli masz dużą rodzinę, to może być kłopot z przygotowaniem domowych posiłków.

Mooie rustige accomodatie, midden in de velden in Zuid-Toscane.
Pros:

Voor wie houdt van rust is dit de ideale locatie.
Mooi aangelegde tuin met zwembad.
Elke nette bungalow heeft zijn eigen afgesloten tuintje.
Er is nu recent ook nieuwe Wifi geïnstalleerd wat een significante verbetering betekent!

Cons:

Het is ongeveer 20 min van strand/zee en grote stad Grosseto, maar met de wagen makkelijk te overbruggen. De meeste restaurants ook op min 10 min rijden.
Maw in de nabije omgeving is er eigenlijk niets.
Ook best muggenspray meenemen (voor 's avonds).
