Man muss wirklich alles mitbringen, um hier zu übernachten.
Pros:

Optisch ansprechend, gute Lage, gute Betten, Wildschweine füttern war das Highlight

Cons:

Die Ausstattung allgemein katastrophal und dürftig!

Küche fast leer, Bad mit altem Duschvorhang, Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, Halterung Duschkopf kaputt, Fliegennetze löchrig, Abdeckung Siffon fehlt, Gasherd eine Flamme ohne Funktion, Spülmaschine nicht gewartet, eine Küchenutensilien vorhanden, ein Mülleimer für alles und dabei wird die Mülltrennung erwartet, kein Mülleimer im Bad, kein Fön, 1 Klopapierrolle für 1 Familie für 1 Woche, KEIN WASSERKOCHER.
Der Pool sehr schmutzig mit Folienwänden.
Das Restaurant unfreundlich und schmeckt auch nicht.

An der Bar können Chips für die gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine gekauft werden.

Pros:

Vonku nádherný a dobre udržiavaný areál, dva bazény, bar a reštaurácia. Krásna záhrada, obora s divými prasiatkami. Niekoľko budov s apartmánmi, lokalita veľmi dobrá, blízko k prímorskej Cecine aj na výlet do Voltera či San Gimignano.
Ak by sa majitelia rozhodli dbať o poriadok a lepšie dovybaviiť kuchyňu, dajte vedieť, v tom prípade by sme sa radi vrátili 🥰

Cons:

Čistota v našom apartmáne D02 bola katastrofálna. V každom rohu pavučina, neometené niekoľko týždňov. Skriňa nová, avšak samá pavučina, prach neutretý.
Sprcha potrebuje dávku dezinfekcie, je v nej čierna pleseň, to sa dá vyriešiť pravidelným používaním dezinfekcie na báze chlóru.
Kuchyňa veľmi slabo zariadená, nevybavená a cítiť v nej pleseň. Veľmi málo riadu, umývačka stará a vlastne nepotrebná, keď máte pre 5 ľudí 4 taniere, umývate ich dookola v rukách, málo príborov aj pohárov. Chýbala hubka na riad aj saponát. Jedna rolka toaletného papiera pre 5 ľudí na týždeň. Všetko sme si dokupovali.
Klimatizácia za poplatok, je to ale zbytočné, keďže je tam len jedna hneď vedľa vchodových dverí ktoré stále otvárate, nestíha tak chladiť a v izbách je neznesiteľne horúco. Tyč na závesy bráni v otváraní okien, musíš vyliezť na stoličku a dvíhať ju. Kazí to dojem z pekného vonkajšieho areálu.

Posto in collina super eccezionale per chi vuole rilassarsi con vista panoramica meravigliosa ma a soli 15 minuti dal mare 🌊 gattini stupendi che ci sono venuti a fare compagnia! Potete dare da mangiare ai cinghiali , proprietari super eccellenti gentili e subito pronti se si aveva bisogno di qualcosa, vista laghetto piu 2 piscine molto curate e grandissime con lettini ed ombrelloni in paglia ! Unica pecca il ristorante che per fortuna non fa parte della struttura dove eravamo noi ! Ve lo consiglio vivamente

Appartamento molto carino in un contesto rilassante e molto bello. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanze veramente all'insegna della tranquillità e relax, godendoci un meraviglioso paesaggio toscano.

Il luogo: immerso nella natura, con un parco pieno di piante, anche esotiche, ben curate. La piscina è bella e adatta sia ai bambini che agli adulti e non si rischia di affogare perché si tocca! Interessante perché divisa in una parte sotto il sole, più calda e un'altra più fresca con getti d'acqua. Di sera la prima piscina si illumina di diversi colori.

Raggiungibili in circa 20 minuti di macchina le spiagge de La Mazzanta e Le Gorette.

Cons:

Purtroppo avevamo un monolocale sotto il terrazzo di un altro appartamento ed erano giorni caldissimi, per cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'aria condizionata a 10€ al giorno,.
Alcune cose non disponibili in appartamento e non acquistabili in loco, ma comunque c'è un Conad Superstore raggiungibile in 10 minuti in macchina.

Ich hatte parterr zimmer reserviert und bekqmm anderes zimmer als es in foto ausgewählt habe dann musste ich gegen 10 euro aufpreis gebühr für die klimanlage das stand nicht bei der reservierung das mann extra muss zahlen der herr an reception war unhöflich es stand 10 uhr ist reception offen war nimand da musste telefonisch kontaktieren .also ich würd da kein zweites mal ferien machen habe schlechte erfahrung gemacht.bei der unterkunft
Mitarbeiter sind negativ nicht höfflich.hatte kein netz im zimmer.mann konte in balkon nicht mal essen viele vespen waren dann stãndig ja informirert euch gut bevor ihr da ferien macht.gruss dini

Schön aber nicht gut ausgestattet
Pros:

Einteilung Appartement, schöne Terrasse, Pool, ordentlich in Sachen Müllentsorgung. Vor allem die Terrasse war wirklich sehr toll für den gesamten Urlaub.

Cons:

Klimaanlage mit 10 Euro pro Tag relativ hohe Zusatzkosten, und die fehlenden Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer machen diese notwendig. Leider Appartement nicht sauber übergeben, in Küche zu wenig Geschirr / Gläser / Besteck, man muss gleich sehr viel selber organisieren.

Pros:

The territory is beautiful, silence, fresh air, 2 swimming pools, kitchen with everything you need. 15 km to the sea, everything went great. The problem is that the Wi-Fi only worked near the pool, I think if this problem was solved it would be 10/10. But I think we'll be back next summer.

Awesome location with very kind hosts and comfartable, clean apartman! Nice pool and very good selection of Toscan food and drinks in the local restaurant / bar. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Toscana and will come back for sure.
