The residence has no reception. Guests are asked to contact the residence directly after booking to be given the access code to the gate, a map of the residence and the name of their apartment. A contact telephone number is provided in case of any problems.

Bed and bath linen are provided upon arrival and are included in the rate, changes are made every 10 days. Daily change is available on request, at an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Super tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Wohnung.
Zum See 10 Min. bergab. Hinauf 20 Min.
Zum Bäcker und Stadtplatz die hintere Türe des Hauses nehmen und in 3 Min zu erreichen.
Kostenloser Parkplatz mit Sicherheitstor.
Sehr Hundefreundlich. Schöne Olivenplantage und Weingärten zum spazieren gehen.
Tolle und super schnelle Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit der Rezeption. Sie waren bei allem sehr behilflich egal ob wie die Fähre fährt oder andere Themen.
Goody Bag als Geschenk für die erste Nacht ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Vielen Dank dafür hier waren WC Papier, Salz- Pfeffersackerl, kleines Duschgel… enthalten.
Und eine tolle Rose Weinflasche gab es auch noch dazu

Defekter Whirlpool :-( genau deswegen habe ich mich aber für die Wohnung entschieden und war traurig dies nicht vorab als Information bekommen zu haben

L’appartamento è davvero accogliente , immerso nel verde , nella tranquillità . Lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo .
Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare un kit di accoglienza , non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla! Ammessi anche gli animali,

Super, so wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Sie ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Wir hatten die Erdgeschoss Wohnung mit Terrasse.
Wenn man mit Hund reist, dann ist der kleine Garten optimal. Gut abgesichert, dass der Hund nicht weglaufen kann.
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühlen und 2 bequemen Liegestühlen.
Leider haben wir den Pool nicht nutzen können, da wir im Mörz dort waren, aber er ist schön groß und sieht sehr gut aus.
Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief perfekt, unkompliziert und sehr sehr nett.

Sicuramente tornerei nella stessa casa Paola! Ha un balconcino con vista lago romanticissimo!
Pros:

L’appartamento era completo di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. Arredi di gran classe. Non mancava proprio nulla!
