I would like to come back, hoping the mattresses wil have changed.
Pros:

Location and the atmosphere of an old house, with high ceilings and lovely details in the furnishings. A well equipped kitchennette. Heating can be regulated by 4 degrees.

Cons:

Never saw the owners or staff after check in. Didn’t get a tour of the property and found out myself there’s a laundry utility, a sauna, and more. No explanations in place about how they work and again with absence of staff how are you to know how to use them? - you can call a number but that’s not practical in my opinion as you never know how long the wait is.
The mattress was a killer and I’m having to recover from the pain it inflicted. Springs were hitting
Harsh lighting in the ‘living room’. I had to buy softer bulbs but a nice standing lamp would have been welcome.

Exceptional
Pros:

Fantastic view of the village and Monte Rosa mountains! Very friendly owners. Location is central, there are lots of restaurants nearby, the grocery store is right next door. There's a ski room with a boot dryer. Laundry is available for 5 eur.
