Soggiorno stupendo
Pros:

Il Residence ci è piaciuto molto, posizione vicino al centro. Appartamento nuovo completo di tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale vista giardino, che dire stupendo svegliarsi con la vista montagna !
Presente nella struttura garage e skiroom, locale lavanderia.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo sicuramente torneremo ☺️

The hotel delivered 4-star value at a 3-star price.
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay for a family with private bedrooms and good common area with kitchen.
The room was immaculate and attention to detail was wonderful with staff providing umbrellas during a rainy day.
The weather was not great during part of our stay and it was great to have a nice place to just relax while on holiday (imagine that!)

Excellent stay. Spacious, clean, modern self contained apartment. Perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location walking distance to bus stops around Val Gardena and Bolzano buses. Walking distance Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars and shopping area. 2 separate bathrooms. Spacious underground garage for cars. Check in times strict but can store luggage before check in and can leave car in garage after check out.

Cons:

Pillows.

Sehr schön und gemütlich
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt fußläufig zum Skibus und zur Gondel auf die Seiser Alm. Wir fanden es sehr schön.

Cozy residence in the heart of Ortisei
Pros:

Location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the Alpe di Suisi lifts, with the rest of the town and grocery store also just a few minutes walk. The jacuzzi outside is very nice for a quick relaxing dip in the evening. There is a large garage to park if you have a car and the check in and check out were simple. I would definitely stay at this residence again!

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to change the pillows as they were very thin and a bit worn out. The other very minor thing is that keys are hotel type keys that you have to put in to use the light which make them easy to forget inside and since there is not always someone at the reception it can be an issue if you lock yourself out.
