Preis Leistung OK, gute Lage
Pros:

nette unkomplizierte Vermieterin, bis auf fehlenden Backofen komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. In 300 m Entfernung tolle (im Preis inbegriffene Poolanlage mit sehr guter Osteria)

Cons:

Bis zum Meerstrand sind es ca 1km leider ist der direkte Weg durch eine Leitplanke versperrt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto sind es dann eben ein paar Meter mehr. Sehr kleine Dusche ohne Ablage für Duschgel. Leider muss man die Ferienwohnung bis spätestens 10 Uhr verlassen haben.

si sta molto bene
Pros:

la casa si trova all'interno del residence, molto tranquillo e piacevole. noi non abbiamo mai acceso l'arica condizionata, si stava sempre molto bene. sia giorno che notte.

Cons:

ci vorrebbe qualche attaccapanni in più in camera e qualche appendi asciugamani in bagno. non ci è stato dato l'asciugamani per il bidet, che magari gli stranieri non usano, ma gli italiani si presume che lo facciano :-D
sarebbe necessario un aggiornamento delle persiane, perchè avendo le listelle aperte a mattina presto entra luce.

Consigliato per chi cerca tranquillità, lontano da luoghi affollati
Pros:

La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottima pulizia! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio riservato, il giardino e in particolare la possibilità di cenare all'aperto e la piscina interna al residence, che abbiamo utilizzato nelle giornate nelle quali il Maestrale non consentiva la possibilità di fare il bagno al mare .Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e per visitare le spiagge più belle del nord della Sardegna. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
