Cons:

Le foto pubblicate sono vecchie e non corrispondono più allo stato attuale. L'appartamento, come le strutture in genere, sono trascurati ed anche sporchi. Un bagno, piccolo e in cattivo stato, per tre camere matrimoniali è assolutamente insufficiente.

La posizione e nel complesso la struttura da fuori complessivamente carina ..la casa ben riscaldata

Cons:

Mancanza del bidet e casa molto sporca.. e la risposta dell'host alle nostre rimostranze imbarazzante ...."qui è sempre stato così... cosa vi aspettavate a questi prezzi..."

Alloggiare immersi nel verde a Cortona
Pros:

La struttura si trova immersa nel verde, vicino a Cortona che è molto caratteristica e vicino alla statale.
La colazione non è inclusa, ma pgni alloggio è dotato di cucina attrezzata.

Cons:

A mio avviso andrebbero aggiunte prese elettriche vicino ai letti.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere molti borghi caratteristici. Acqua calda. Termosifoni. Biancheria pulita. Cani ben accolti.

Cons:

Eccessiva confusione degli ospiti al piano di sopra per due notti consecutive, hanno ballato, cantato e suonato fino a tarda notte disturbando il nostro riposo.

La pulizia della casa può essere sicuramente migliorata.

La posizione e l' esterno della struttura

Cons:

Le foto sul sito non rispecchiavano la realtà,il bagno al limite della decenza , ragnatele ovunque,non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia perché non c' era l' acqua calda, è stata attaccata al momento della nostra partenza.La biancheria sia nelle camere che nel bagno era sporca ,il letto con il materasso rotto in pendenza. In poche parole non lo consiglio a nessuno .Un esperienza bruttissima.
