Das Appartmen ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt u die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es supergut gefallen.

la posizione era perfetta, fronte spiaggia e l'appartamento grande e molto comodo.
Il sig. Lorenzo gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
il parcheggio interrato è decisamente molto comodo perchè intorno non c'è parcheggio (è tutta pista ciclabile e pedonale)

Cons:

a mio parere bisognerebbe curare un attimo di più la pulizia e l'aspetto, ci sarebbe qualcosa da sostituire.
consiglio anche di inserire qualche utensile aggiuntivo e pentola più piccola.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, era esattamente quello che cercavo, uno spazio accogliente per il mio soggiorno a Rimini.
Ho scelto questa struttura per la posizione ottima a fronte spiaggia, ma anche per la cucina che mi ha permesso di gestirmi i pasti in autonomia.
I doppi vetri e la possibilità di lavarmi i vestiti sono stati un plus decisamente gradito.
Il balcone con vista mare è spaziale.
Comodissimo anche il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo.
