Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of April until October 15th.

A surcharge of €40 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Traumhafte Lage mit großartigem Blick aufs Meer und kleinere Abstriche beim Komfort
Pros:

Wir hatten von unserem sehr großen Balkon einen traumhaften Blick in die Natur, aufs Meer und rüber bis Elba. Das war sensationell.

Cons:

Es gab für uns 4 Erwachsene nicht genügend Betten, um gut und komfortabel zu schlafen. Außerdem war der Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt zu Ostern noch nicht geöffnet, sodass wir insgesamt einige Komforteinbußen hatten.

la vista dal terrazzo ci rimarrà nel cuore
Pros:

host disponibile e gentilissimo, posto incantevole con una vista mozzafiato, il tempo non è stato dalla nostra, ma il posto è riuscito a rendere il nostro breve soggiorno, molto confortevole e indimenticabile, da ritornarci con il bel tempo, ce lo siamo ripromessi!

Très beau cadre mais cela ne fait pas tout, literie très mauvaise, problème de Wifi et de rongeurs
Pros:

Hébergement bien situé dans un très beau cadre. Vue extérieur magnifique et piscine très agréable.
Petit déjeuner plutôt cher pour les produits proposés

Cons:

La propreté des lieux était moyenne et nous avons vu plusieurs rats et souris dont une qui est entrée dans notre logement. La propriétaire nous a alors répondu que c’était la nature/ la campagne.
Très mauvaise réception du WIFI accessible dans les espaces communs et non dans le logement.

Incroyable séjour
Pros:

Je remercie l'établissement pour ce séjour de qualité, nous avons vécu de beaux moments sur la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Je recommande chaudement cet établissement.

Nice and scenic stay to explore the region
Pros:

Fantastic West facing (sunset) views, decently stocked apartment, easy to find, private parking (note: relatively narrow entrance, but doable with a wide lower clearance sports car), easy communication, location easy for exploring the region.

Cons:

The only suggestions we gave was to upgrade the mattresses and shower cabin

Pros:

Alles top! Großes und sehr sauberes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick und super Lage. Personal sehr nett, Parkplatz inklusive. Für Hunde ideal dank eigenem eingezäunten Garten. Küche gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Negativ: Duschkopf müsste erneuert werden und das Apartment ist etwas hellhörig.

Traumurlaub in der Toskana
Pros:

Eine aussergewöhnlich schöne, großzügige Wohnung inmitten einer geschmackvoll gestalteten kleinen Anlage am Fuße der altehrwürdigen Ortschaft Scarlino. Für uns war alles perfekt- Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Pool und der großzügige Balkon mit traumhaften Aus- und Meerblick (und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen). Die Gastgeberin ist eine ausgesprochen reizende Frau, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts nennenswertes.

L'emplacement avec une très belle vue. Très bien placé pour découvrir la région.
Bon accueil des propriétaires.
Résidence calme. Belle piscine.
Nous avions un appartement assez grand avec une magnifique terrasse, très agréable.

Cons:

Dans l'appartement il manquait les éléments de base pour cuisiner : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre.
La literie n'est pas très confortable.

Pros:

beautiful view and location in general. The pool area stunning. Very kind people and an adorable little town just abow the property

There were a few facilities missing, like a kettle for example. And the beds may be uncomfortable if you prefer a soft matress.

I loved the terraces sitting in the morning and enjoying the beautiful view
Pros:

The appartment was very nice. Plenty of space and the best terrace with a beautiful view. Peace and quite. We almost had the pool for our self some of the days.

Cons:

No wine glass.. come on it is a wine country. The pool could have some more attention and it would be nice with some umbrellas for shade.
