Pros:

Piękne mieszkanie , czyste , zadbane. Na miejscu kawa, herbata wszystko było i aż nad to :)
Bardzo polecam to miejsce , wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach :)

La ubicación y todo totalmente nuevo.

Cons:

El local con el que tienen concierto para desayunos resultó estar cerrado y no pudieron ofrecer ninguna alternativa.
La atención al cliente es muy mejorable. La única forma es un agente de WhatsApp y, para cosas puntuales, una persona te responde.
La smart TV no era tal y pretendían que les grabara un video usándola, para comprobar si funcionaba. Es de chiste.
El baño es enano.

Tesise vardığımızda, güleryüzlü bir agent vardı.

Tabii ki asansörü! Çok küçük ve yavaş ilerliyordu. Ama yine de kabul edilebilir.

Ubicación, check in y check out muy práctico. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario hasta para cocinar. Muy cómodo

Cons:

La comunicación falló, yendo para el destino me avisan que me habían cancelado la estancia. Al comunicarme con un bot me confirman que estaba todo bien, se vivieron momentos de tensión en el tren yendo a Florencia. Al llegar, el apto estaba equipado para dos pax en lugar de tres, por suerte abajo en el área común había toallas y sábanas disponibles, el sofá cama no fue fácil de armar. De todas maneras volvería a usar las instalaciones, solo hay que mejorar la comunicación.
