Excelente, barato y tranquilo, totalmente un lugar muy recomendable.
Pros:

Muy hermosos y tranquilo, la picina muy limpia y la gente muy amable nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero rápido lo arreglaron sin darnos batalla fue una estancia tranquila de una sola noche pero valió la pena como para regresar a hospedarnos en alguna otra ocacion. Mi abuelo es ya mayor y tenían transporte para las playas para que no caminara fue genial.

Agradable y tranquilo pero mal servicio al cuarto

Nos recibió el señor Arturo y fue muy amable nos explicó todo muy bien está muy tranquilo cero ruido en las noches

Pedimos papel de baño al día siguiente porque solo dejaron uno por baño y no lo llevaron hasta el otro día tuve que volver a llamar para que lo llevaran , ese día en la noche cayó una tormenta tropical y se fue la luz por un momento y cuando regresó ya no servía el internet estuve marcando toda la noche a recepción y a servicio a cuarto y nadie contestó , le mandé mensaje a la persona que me contactó Cinthia para cobrarme un menor extra que no lo había incluido en mi reserva y le dije que no podía contactar a nadie y no se tomó la molestia de preguntar si necesitaba algo solo me dio los números de teléfono de recepción los cuales yo ya los tenía a pero para cobrarme inmediatamente si me contactó y yo si le pagué inmediatamente

Regular el departamento pero su ubicación excelente.

La ubicación del departamento la vista que tiene. Las instalaciones de las áreas comunes muy bien, el agua de la alberca excelente, . El restaurant con excelente comida de muy bien sabor.

Cons:

No sirven las parrillas nunca calentaron. Uno de los lavabos tapado. La luz de la terraza no funciona. Se pagó para 5 personas y faltó para 1 persona sábanas, fundas, ni almohadas
Tazas y vaso eran solo para 4 personas.La puerta de 1 baño no cerraba.

Overall nice place which could be tuned to be a real gem
Pros:

The property is in an amazing location, amidst all other hotels, felt safe, staff at the entrance was polite and helpful. Have read about the issue with many stairs which lead to the apartment and to the beach, and i can understand how some people might be troubled by it, but we were with two kids 5 and 3 years old and had no issues.

The terrace has an amazing view, the pools are clean and well maintained, as well as the beach of the hotel next door which can be used.

Cons:

The apartment has an amazing layout and with proper care would be one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Overall felt like it could be a bit cleaner, lots of dust piled up on the picture frames, the cleaning lady left her rugs inside as well and after we checked in asked if she could go in to pick them up. There was no toiletries apart from 5 shampoos and we only had 3 towels in total (we were a group of 3 adults and 2 kids) and 2 beach towels. There is an equipped kitchen, but no way to wash dishes unless you bring your own sponge and detergent. Also there is no way to dry the towels. We put it over the railing in order to dry them, but then had a call from the management of the complex to take it down and had to improvise to dry the few towels we had at our disposal. We did get in touch with the owner and she did offer to bring it in the next day, but since we already had a partially working solution we stuck with it.
