Nice place and centric; but don't expect human interaction nor good welcoming.
Pros:

Great location, the room was clean and the kitchenette was complete.
There were no secretary and all the converastion with the host was via Whatsapp; however, the lady from the cleaning staff received us and was very helpful with the instructions of the hotel.

The parking is small, only three spots and when full, it's hard to turn around and get out, but it's achievable.

Cons:

There were never a human interaction with the host, no secretary so everything was "figure it out on your own". The communication via Whatsapp was ok, but they could have been nicer/more professional.

The bathroom had a couple of details: The shower drain cover was loose, so it moved whenever we took a shower. The shower knob was barely attached and kept falling off whenever we turned it to adjust the water temperature. The toilet seat cover was also unstable and moved around. I sent a video to the host with these details - you know, so they are aware and take the necessary actions to improve the bathroom - to my surprise, they didn't even answer. Not a "thank you for pointing that out", or "I'll work in fixing it", so it seems like they don't care these details that at the end, make a huge difference.
