Mesmerising beach view. Worth every penny

, the interior, the facilities are all worth the money. The morning beach view was mesmerising. The checkin and checkout process was easy. Cheaper and more worth money compare to other property in kuantan

Cons:

The entrance is a bit confusing. I got an "expired" access card and have to wait for the staff to send a new one. I texted on WhatsApp regarding tennis court usage procedure but owner just said until 10pm. Turns out it needed to be booked by owners first. Just knew when i arrived the security told us

Cons:

Even after booking had to wait outside the gate waiting for room to be vacated, and then receive qr code etc ... Thats really strange behavior to a customer!
Room looks quiet old and not much maintained including bad painting etc.
No toiletries provided!
No good restaurant with the hotel and no food service to room.
Considering the room design, the interior designer did a poor job!
