Good value for money.
Pros:

The location was good, appartement had all things mentioned on the booking site. Beds were comfortable. Will surely recommend.

Cons:

We had 2 appartements booked and one door towards terrace was defective. The floor was not clean as expected.

Het ziet er mooi en net uit. De prijs

Cons:

Het lawaai van dichtslaande deuren en de tram. Het was niet goed geïsoleerd. Daarnaast waren er toch een aantal dingen stuk.

L'appartamento era funzionale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in omaggio 2 bottiglie d'acqua. A disposizione vi erano pure spugne e stracci per la cucina , lisciva per i piatti e per la lavatrice. Placche ad induzione.
Bagno molto pulito.
Si potrebbe migliorare la quantità di stoviglie presenti. Così come la pulizia del divano letto.
Il self check-in e out ha funzionato benissimo.
Ho scritto alla,struttura e mi ha risposto immediatamente: molto positivo!

Cons:

Avrei preferito avere uno sgabello supplementare nell'appartamento e non dover prendere una sedia supplementare dal balcone.
Maggior pulizia del divano letto che è sfoderabile e quindi lavabile.

Cons:

Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and had a pleasant stay. The location and general comfort were great.

However, there are a few things that could be improved:

There was no soap in the bathroom, only in the kitchen.

We didn’t receive a bedsheet for the extra bed on the first night, so we had to manage ourselves. The cleaner provided it the next day.

The cleanliness could be better, especially in the corners where there was quite a bit of dirt.

The toilet is positioned very close to the opposite wall (no more than about 20 cm), which makes it almost impossible to sit comfortably if you are taller than 180 cm.

With a few small improvements, this place could be excellent.

Mixed Impressions
Pros:

The room was quite nice in the way it is designed. We also found the beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped.

Cons:

I can't get passed the fact that the toilet seat was left dirty when we entered, and cleaning it up was the first thing I had to do on my holiday trip. Also out of the 2 kitchen towels we had at our disposal, one had leftover food on it (I assume spinach and cheese). Microwave was not clean and had weird smell coming from it. Pans were also not clean. Most of the things we had to clean before using them.
We also had only 1 towel in the apartment for the first night and we were 2 guests in the apartment. They brought others the next day after I asked for more.

Bien mais trop de bruit (tram sur le pont métallique jusqu'a 1 h du matin, reprise 6 h.... du mat

L'emplacement était bien situé

Cons:

Le gros problème c'est le tram qui passe toutes les minutes sur un pont métallique et qui fait un boucan d'enfer et ce jusqu'à 1 H du matin. Celui-ci reprend du service à 6 H du matin !!! Autant vous dire que nos nuits ont été courtes.
Un deuxième point, c'est un côté du lit contre un mur (sans table de nuit) et contraignant quand on se relève la nuit...
C'est dommage car tout le reste était bien.

Appartement sympa mais situation bruyante.
Pros:

L'aménagement de l'appartement dans sa globalité, la propreté, la vue.

Cons:

Impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre, la situation en bordure d'une ligne de tram passant sur un pont métallique. Appartements mal isolés phoniquement.
Mobilier détérioré; fauteuil avec dossier cassé.
Odeur d'égouts omniprésents et tout particulièrement de la salle de bain.

Defekte Lampen gingen aus der Fassung…

Nebenan direkt eine Straßenbahn die extrem laut ist.

Brandloch in der Gardine und die Gardine hängt aus der Öse raus!!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön. (Entspricht den Fotos 100%)
Der Check in erfolgte problemlos mittels Code.
Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos !
In der Nähe verläuft eine Bahnstrecke die ab und zu etwas Geräusche macht aber ich habe mich schnell dran gewöhnt. Ich werde Novallrune als favourit speichern und gerne wieder kommen.
