Confortável e a localização é boa, perto do metro. E a vista do quarto é lindíssima.

Não estava muito limpo, o chão estava sujo, na cama em vez de termos um edredão a ocupar a cama toda, eram dois individuais…. Os utensílios da cozinha, falta muita coisa, desde facas de corte, a loiça estava suja, havia um tacho com restos ainda ….

It was the most disappointing stay of two weeks of our 3 months holiday across Europe.
Pros:

The first apartment was OK; it had a washing machine and a drying facility, but we had to move out because the toilet got blocked.
The second apartment offered at another location was smaller but reeked of smoke, so the proprietor offered an even smaller apartment at the same location, and we had no choice but to accept, hoping we could get some compensation for all our troubles.

The only compensation we got for all our troubles was a day's bike hire of 50 Euros.

Cons:

The cooking utensils in the first apartment were inadequate. Even though it had several frying pans, there was only one saucepan, no other kitchen knife for cooking and chopping vegetables, and only a large ceramic bread knife. We can't even cook a simple pasta dish because there's no colander or sieve. After several request we finally received an additional small saucepan. Unfortunately, we had to move out because of the above-mentioned issue, which required us to walk for 15 minutes to reach a public toilet.
The second apartment offered, which we refused, reeked of cigarette smoke.
Even after all this, we found out later that night that the heating system did not work, and we had to endure one night without heating. The next night, they provided us with a portable (not domestic) garage heater, expecting it to be a temporary solution and a fix of the HVAC the following day. But this did not eventuate, and we had to endure the rest of our stay with the portable heater.

The problem with the establishment is that no one is present there for at least 8 hours of the day, 5 days a week. Therefore, it is frustrating for guests, as every issue and request has to be resolved remotely via email or WhatsApp.

Centrale ligging

Cons:

Heel erg gehorig, met een vrij drukke weg gelijk voor het hotel en de metro vlak erlangs die je heel goed kan horen in het appartement. Er was een stoel kapot waar we een melding van hebben gedaan, daar werd niet op gereageerd. Er is geen personeel aanwezig, contact was er wel via de app. Er zit geen deur tussen de slaapkamer en woonkamer.

Centraal gelegen appartement.
Pros:

Prettig klein appartement. Ligt centraal als je naar Delft/Leiden/Den Haag wil. Bijna alles was aanwezig.

Cons:

Pannen waren beschimmeld dus konden we niet gebruiken. Bed was vrij zacht. Miste een handleiding voor de magnetron/oven. Erg gehorig.
