Pros:

It was a good location with everything nearby.

Cons:

We had some issues with checking in, we arrived at about 17:00. Our room was still not clean and we waited ~20 minutes. It still didn’t was that clean and cleaned up by myself. The bathroom is small and when you shower it becomes a pool. it’s not logical. The apartment was spacious but noisy. You can hear every door every footsteps.

Very good value for money, clean and fully equipped property, very easy communication with the staff

It was fully equipped, close to the station, and clean

Cons:

Not all the lights we working, one shower handle was broken (the shower was still working though)

Awesome and convinient.
Pros:

Place is set up quite well. Everything you need for a stay is available. Staff was easy to reacg online, Check in process was easy to follow with clear instructions. Parking in the area was not too bad.

Cons:

There was a unpleasant stench coming from the bathroom.

Pros:

La ubicación y el entorno.

Cons:

Mal acondicionado. No había sillas para las 3 personas de la reserva. El sofá cama no se podía abrir porque la mesa del "salón " lo impedía. No dejaron ni papel higiénico. No había menaje de cocina suficiente: solo 3 platos de postre y 3 de café, ninguna tijera, sólo 2 tazas de desayuno... la mitad de las bombillas no funcionaban. No había sábanas para el sofá cama, solo una almohada y un edredón.

Comfortabel, maar met mankementen.
Pros:

Fijne bedden, goed verduisterende gordijnen. Keukentje aanwezig.

Cons:

Temperatuur vloerverwarming was veel te hoog. Kamer had achterstallig onderhoud. Er liep een metro spoor naast het pand, waar heel veel metro’s rijden. Vooral bij de brug heeft dit een storend lawaai. Afzuiging van de badkamer werkte niet naar behoren. Er moet eigenlijk een hor voor het raam, zodat je het raam open kan doen zonder muggen binnen te krijgen.

Aucun service sur place, pas de cafés ou boulangerie à proximité pour prendre un petit déjeuner

Cons:

Hôtel extremement bruyant, train et tram toutes les 2 minutes. Voie de circulation très passante .

Le moins bon logement que nous avons pu louer ces dernières années. Bruit, odeurs, petit lit étriqué
Pros:

Pas de petit déjeuner - rien de convenable.

Cons:

A notre arrivée, odeur pestilentielle dans la chambre, provenant de la salle de bains. Après avoir contacté le logeur, il nous propose d'ouvrir le robinet de la douche - pas de résultat - deuxième appel en m'indiquant que le problème est résolu - en fait le tuyau d'évacuation a été bouché en notre absence et nous avons passé deux jours les pieds dans l'eau dans la salle de bains.
Les appartements sont très bruyants - route passante devant et surtout passage du train à proximité toutes les 5 mn avec un bruit sourd et puissant à chaque fois.
Lit de 140 cm pour deux personnes.
Au vu des tarifs pratiqués tout ceci est innaceptable.
