Pros:

Never again will I book here.

Everything was dirty, washroom was dirty, the room did not look like the pictures, wallpaper was peeling away, vibe was dark and dirty, everything was unpleasant, my soap and bottles kept falling off the cabinet for toiletries, rug was dirty, air-conditioning was noisy couldn't sleep, rust in the kettle, I booked it because the reviews were good and even if the price was higher I expected a better experience but might be fake I don't know maybe I just had a different experience but never again will book here, only good thing was the guard helped me with my bags

Never Say Ever Again
Pros:

The elevators worked great.

Cons:

Things Wrong with Towers 1 in general:

*Must Pay to swim. RIDICULOUS. HOTELS SHOULD NEVER CHARGE FOR GUESTS TO SWIM.....EVER.

*Power Maintenance Shutdown ! (Supposed to be 3 hours.....was about 4-5 hrs.. hours) It could not have happened at a more inconvenient time ....while my daughter was preparing to dress for her graduation ceremony.

*hallways stink and are not air-conditioned.

*Only "security guards" at the front desk.

*can only seem to communicate with the person that is "in charge" of the room.

* A Muslim mosque is located near the hotel (app 1 km) and you heartheir chanting at 430 am , 12noon, 430 pm....very sad that Muslims have been allowed to infiltrate the Philippines
.
* the key system is chaos. You must through an individual over the phone to coordinate almost everything.

*the FAKE LAMP in the corner (to make your pics look better???)....really??

Specific to 308:
*Can only plug one thing in at a time to right of sink....i.e. fridge, induction.

*roaches

*stopped up br and kitchen sinks.

*bathroom sink has shelf EXACTLY where a person's head needs to be in order to wash your face.


Specific to 1126:

*crack in wall...bad engineering

Specific to 2020:

*Paid for room with the understanding that swimming would be free...free was acknowledged.

*a "new policy" was then implemented saying that no one staying here under three months
can swim for free......

*MY NEW POLICY....stay where you can swim for free...ALWAYS.

Great value for a spacious studio unit.
Pros:

This has got to be the best studio unit (1828) (tower 2) that I have rented in the Philippines. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and the architecture was superb making for a large functional studio unit.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The place feels comfortable and relaxing, and everything looks exactly like in the photos. The staff is very nice and approachable, making the stay even better. The location is convenient and the host is easy to talk to. I would definitely book again!
