clean and very comfortable
I had extended my stay prior to everything going poorly. As I said in my previous review, I really wanted to like this place. The male receptionist was quite rude, and refused to check me in, even though I already had permission. I even had a room number. I had to go to the admin office to contact the host because the reception did not have her phone number. Too many problems with this property to list here. I won't bash the host. Most of the issues weren't her fault. I give 3 stars because the host returned my laptop that I left behind. I think Shore Residence is the real problem, not the host. I cannot recommend staying here. My advice? Avoid metro Manila condos. Get a hotel instead.
I really wanted to like this place. The host seemed nice. But, as with all other Manila property owners, they seem to value profit over service. I warned the host hours before my arrival to make sure I had a smooth check in. There was always some check in issue at the past 6 other properties. The male receptionist refused to check me in, even though I already had permission, and even a room number. He wanted to hear it from the host. Upon check out I learned that even the smallest mess in the kitchen will get you a cleaning fee. I won't bash the host. I've had the same experience all over metro Manila. I will choose hotels over condos for now on.
The room is clean and nice

Some of the staff and guards are rude and unfriendly.
U have to pay extra to be able to use the poolside. The staff in the pool were unfriendly and the rules were too strict.
The property is close to local shops
Water pressure is a bit inadequate. Toilet tissues cannot by flushed on the loo, sign should be posted to avoid blockages on the loo

The clean property
The security guard always asking for identification and examining door card. Security guard made us feel like we were trespassing made us decide find another place to stay at.
Great location, owners have great communication, beautiful apartment with great facilities and everything you need for a long or short term stay. Close to the mall of Asia, plenty of security and guards. I totally recommend this beautiful apartment which has internet, cooking facilities, toilet, shower, washing machine, balcony, Netflix and Perfect location

Near everything
You book a hotel ..you expect that when you book a place with swimming pool ..it means you allowed to used swimming pool for free …apparently..you gonna have to pay every time you need to used the swimming pool ..300 pesos per person per day on holiday and 150 per person on normal day ..but the place is great..I just wish they put it in the website that swimming pool is not free to used ..
