The room was dirty, garbage bag with dirty diapers under sink cock roaches present, broken wardrobe door, curtain rod broken

Great place, great price and very comfortable and very clean and nice surroundings.
We were booked last March 22, and I mentioned that we would arrive at 22.00 or 23.00. At 17.00, Paseo de Corazon confirmed my booking with 3 units. We have kids and elders with us, so we were expecting that when we arrived we would be accommodated right away, but to our shock, the guard said that there were no units available and the 2 units were given at 18.00 and the 3rd unit was given at 19.00! It was so devastating as we travelled from Siargao for almost 9 hrs, and we needed to rest, but no unit was given! Is this a scam!? …. And Ms. Corazon is so hard to contact; we tried a lot of things just to contact her, but no reply…. This is so unprofessional, so please beware of this scam! And we are asking for a refund, but you can imagine how many days we tried to ask for our refund and only today we received it, but it's not a full amount. She gave back only 8,300, but we paid 9,187.16. She needs to refund us the full amount. For all the hassle that she gave to us, you can't imagine it….
