Convenient location and a homey place
Pros:

The location is very convenient as the main roads are near and just a 5-10minute walk from the studio condo. There are also a lot of taxis and jeepneys passing by. The place was also comfortable and I especially like that they provided a gallon of drinking water and basic toiletries. There are also a lot of establishments in the building so you could buy some grocery items and there are some cafes and eateries as well. A plus for me would be the friendly security staff in the building who helped us with our luggage and also with getting a taxi.

Cons:

The water heater works just up to room temperature and we hope that it was warmer as we went to baguio when the temperature was around 12-14 degrees celsius. We also hope that they install a screen door in the balcony and provide a mosquito spray as there were lots of mosquitoes during the day.

The owner is super accommodating of our checkin time. Room amenities were great for our stay. Will definitely book again

Budget-friendly, and very relaxing stay.
Pros:

Near cathedral and session road. Complete set of utensils. And quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

No personal parking space (included in the post). Not much of a good view in balcony. Small cabinet.

We had a great time in Baguio. We will consider booking under the condo's owned by Mireya.
Pros:

The condo is clean and at the center of the city. Just walking distance to Burnham Park, Night Market, SM and a lot of restaurant. The staff of the condo "Brandon" is very accommodating. There's a place where we can put our luggage while waiting for our check-in and even after we checked-out.

Cons:

We liked everything about the property. We just have a few complaints regarding the towels that we used because it does not absorb the water.
