Noel is a great host and very responsive. He kindly let me check in early and answered all my questions quickly.
The apartment is quite modest, but fine for a day or two. It’s a bit worn in places, though overall functional. I appreciated having some basic kitchen utilities (electric pan, mugs, coffee machine, kettle, scissors—no knives), although it’s not really set up for cooking full meals.
The room is fairly quiet, especially with the window closed, and the bed is very comfortable. Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and there’s a laundry service on the ground floor.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. It’s a simple place that does the job.
• Shower was hot, but water pressure was quite low.
• Room smelled a bit of humidity upon arrival, though keeping the window open helped.
• Kitchen appliances were very basic, suitable only for light cooking or snacks.
• Some small ants were present.
• No toiletries were provided (soap, shampoo), but toilet paper was available.
• The pool was out of service due to typhoon damage and wasn’t announced in advance (extra fee of 100–150 PHP when available).
Location is great. Near Rotonda, Mall, Church and restaurants are nearby.
The bed sheet. It can be better, and I feel some black ants crawling. Maybe use a lighter color of bed sheet and make sure it is clean on the next guest. Over all it's worth the money.

It was really great staying for 9 days❤️... One thing i like is the cleanliness ..every 3 days they need to clean the room and change beddings..towels,..toiletries without any fees and charges...recommended💯

Room was comfortable, condo staff was professional and friendly. Close to many restaurants and mall. The boys enjoyed the pool.
Overall a pleasant stay.
We had 2 units, one only had a sheet and single throw for the bed. The other room had a sheet and comforter. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. No response from the caretaker when checking out. Staff from the condo took care of our checkout.
Overall, our stay at 1Tagaytay at Serin was a great experience and a fantastic value for the price. The caretaker was nice and approachable. Lastly, the place was within the vicinity of various malls and landmarks.
