Simples, bastante aceitável e em conta.
Pros:

Sendo eu uma pessoa muito simples e " fácil " de agradar, gostei de tudo, desde a simpática da senhora da recepção, do apartamento simples, muito limpo e com tudo o que eu precisei. Lugar na garagem para o meu veículo mediante um valor simbólico de 5€ por dia (não é nada), o preço muito bom para a época de Verão, não é luxos, não têm os últimos móveis da moda, não têm uma TV de 85", não tem jacuzzi, tem o básico o que para mim é bom.

Por norma não aceitam animais domésticos, mas abriram uma excessão para mim e isso não tem preço, vão ficar no nosso coração (meu e da minha esposa).

Se estão à espera de luxo, de mordomias, o último grito da arquitetura urbanística, não venha, não é para para si.

Agora se procuram um local para dormir, descansar, fazer refeições leves, perto da praia da rocha e com preços muito acessíveis, então estes apartamentos vão chegar muito bem para todos aqueles que não são tão exigentes.

Por ser verdade é que dou o meu testemunho, obrigado.

Great for a few days in Praia da Rocha
Pros:

The staff was super helpful. I had a late check-in because of flight delays, and they helped me with the flat keys.
The location is perfect if you want to enjoy Praia da Rocha. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to bars and restaurants.
It's a 10-minute drive to Portimão town and a 20-minute walk to Portimão's marina.
The beds are comfy, and there's a hot shower. Plus, a full kitchen and a nice balcony.
They also have nice coffee and snacks on the ground floor.

Cons:

Shower leaking to the floor.
Pillows weren't comfortable.
Entrance door needs some repairs.
In general a little bit dated.

I was very happy with my stay and the room enhanced my visit to portimao
Pros:

the included ice tray was very useful and all the pans and other kitchen tools made it possible to make a wide range of foods, the price was reasonable for location and facilities. very comfortable for a one person stay and probably would've still held up very nicely for a two person trip.

Cons:

There wasn't any oven, and the cooking surfaces were a bit small which made it harder to use both spots at the same time.
