Это был по-настоящему особенный отдых.
С первых минут чувствуешь заботу и внимание — обслуживание здесь на уровне настоящего семизвёздочного отеля. Персонал очень деликатный, улыбчивый и всегда готов помочь.
Номера безупречно чистые, всё продумано до мелочей, ощущение уюта и спокойствия. А вид из окна — просто завораживающий. Просыпаться утром и смотреть на город с такой высоты — отдельное удовольствие.
Спасибо за атмосферу комфорта, красоты и тёплого гостеприимства. Хочется возвращаться снова.

Torno sempre da loro sono i migliori. Camere bellissime servizio perfetto posizione con vista sulla citta. Tornero qui ogni volta che posso. Il personale è eccezionale e fa di tutto per farti stare bene. SSono super professionali ed attenti a tutti i particolari.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornic să ajute. Un plus special pentru bucătarul Joni ,mâncarea a fost delicioasă și pregătită cu multă grijă. Se vede pasiunea pentru a face musafirii să se simtă bine . Recomand cu drag! Joni is the best 🤩🤩

Cons:

1. The parking area is very small and if you are lucky to find a spot definetly next day you will be blocked by other cars. And there was a employee (i think she was part of management, she was ignorat) with no so good attitude with customers( i mean when i told her what car i have to understand what car should be moved she ignored me completly:)).
2. They receive at pool people who are not booked there and our bad luck was that at 1st day was a group of people very loudy… saying not so nice words with kids around.
They could make a better selection at clients.
3. We had window at bathroom, where you could see from outside to inside. Our luck was that there were no people:)).
