Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornic să ajute. Un plus special pentru bucătarul Joni ,mâncarea a fost delicioasă și pregătită cu multă grijă. Se vede pasiunea pentru a face musafirii să se simtă bine . Recomand cu drag! Joni is the best 🤩🤩

1. The parking area is very small and if you are lucky to find a spot definetly next day you will be blocked by other cars. And there was a employee (i think she was part of management, she was ignorat) with no so good attitude with customers( i mean when i told her what car i have to understand what car should be moved she ignored me completly:)).
2. They receive at pool people who are not booked there and our bad luck was that at 1st day was a group of people very loudy… saying not so nice words with kids around.
They could make a better selection at clients.
3. We had window at bathroom, where you could see from outside to inside. Our luck was that there were no people:)).

Lipsa de respect pentru clienti

micul dejun : am fost 4 adulti, am stat 3 nopti, si micul dejun a fost FIX acelasi in fiecare zi : omleta(care,in ficare zi nu a fost gatita corespunzator, in mijloc era albus care curgea), 4 felii de salam, 4 felii de sunca, 4 cremvusti, 4 felii de rosii, 2 (da, 2 !!!la 4 insi)cuburi de branza topita, 4 cuburi de unt, 4 chifle si 4 cornuri, ceai sau cafea, cate una, la alegere. Poate parea mult, dar e doar mult scris, cand le vezi in fata ta pe platouri... ma rog ! AAA....si 2 canite cu cate 3 linguri de dulceata, una de visine si una de mure...

Cons:

Mentionez ca in cele 3 zile petrecute aici, am fost SINGURII clienti. Rezervasem cu o saptamana inainte, 2 camere, 4 adulti. Am ajuns in jurul orei 13:30. Restaurantul este deschis pentru pranz pana la ora 15. Ne-am dus bagajele si am coborat la restaurant . Ne-am asezat la o masa si am asteptat un ospatar....si am asteptat. Dupa un timp, m-am dus la receptie,dar nici aici nu era nimeni. Era un afis cu un nr de telefon...Am sunat, a venit in sfarsit, cineva .Am avut sentimentul ca deranjam.... in fine. Din cele 2 tipuri de ciorba din meniu, aveau doar una. OK. Luam. Din cele 6 tipuri de desert trecute in meniu, aveau doar PANNA COTTA cu fructe de padure! Vrem si noi 4 portii ! ... Dupa ce am servit supa ,asteptam desertul....si a venit! Din 4 portii, doar una...ca atat mai aveau !!! Adica 1 la 4 insi...Capisci? Pe la 19 am servit cina...ni s-a spus ca nu au tot ce e trecut in meniu, si ne-am adaptat la ce aveau. A fost ok...am mancat. Am platit 642 lei.
A doua zi am servit doar cina. Eu si sotul meu am cerut o friptura de vita cu sparanghel. Friptura aveau, sparanghel nu, aveau brocoli. Pe care l-am platit la pret de sparanghel. Am vazut pe bon dupa ce am platit. 1188 lei. A treia zi....a fost rau ! Eu am cerut antricot de vita cu cartofi la cuptor. In momentul in care am gustat carnea, mi s-a facut rau. Era acra si mirosea foarte urat, iar in loc de cartofi la cuptor am primit cartofi prajiti... I-am dat sotului meu sa guste,si a avut aceeasi reactie. Am chemat ospatarita, si a venit cu bucatarul. I-am spus ca mancarea nu poate fi mancata, e stricata, si mi-a spus ca isi cere scuze, imi va aduce altceva. Am luat cotlet de porc...dar am platit antricot de vita. Vita e 98, porcul e 65. Nota de 753 lei.
Deci, in 3 zile am platit la restaurant 2.583 lei...si am mancat ce au avut ei chef sa ne dea. Si pe cazare, 2058. Bani aruncati !
