Great in general, but ruined.
Pros:

I really appreciated the reception staff, they were extremely helpful with my late check in and as I had to leave the next day for a meeting at 8:30 and getting back before the 12h check out was not a sure thing I checked out early and advised them my bag was made in the room (and that I might have forgotten something there, so to please take into account). They kept it at reception and it was there when I came back at 13h.

Cons:

I was absolutely disappointed to find that due to the rush that morning I had left out of my bag (probably fully visible at the desk, since that is where I normally leave my skincare) a full 50ml NUXE Oil, which is quite expensive, and despite me asking if I had forgotten anything out twice they did not give it. They did make sure to give me a card for a 10% discount on a future stay.

I am well aware they don’t have the obligation to search and I wouldn’t feel this way about it in different circumstances, but given the fact that I had asked previously (mind, I double checked if it was fine with them and offered to go back to the room to make sure I had everything myself) and the reception staff had agreed to check I am left wondering.

I feel it’s a shame that for a 20€ bottle of oil such a great experience has been utterly ruined.

A fost un sejur placut! Voi recomanda si altora aceasta experienta!
Pros:

Atmosfera. Tablourile, zugraveala, iluminarea creau un ambient de perioada interbelica!

Cons:

Faptul ca noaptea la 4,45 a inceput sa sune senzorul de fum! Faptul ca minibarul din camera nu functiona!
DAR, apreciez ca ambele neajunsuri au fost remediate in timp util!

Small, nice hotel,good location, near the bus station where is standing the bus from and to airport otopeni, near metro station. Personal was very nice, the rooms are similar to photos, next visit in Bukuresti it would be the first Choice

Pros:

The place is very well maintained, they even came during my 4 day stay to clean again. It's located within walking distance to 2 subway stations. During the day it's pretty noisy as it's overlooking a busy street, but during the night it's ok.

Ottima posizione , personale cortese e disponibile, colazione abbondante e variegata, struttura pulita

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, se devo proprio trovare un difetto, direi che i bagni hanno qualche problemino di risalita degli odori dagli scarichi , quindi va tenuta la ventola accesa e la porta chiusa , ma per il resto tutto perfetto

Odaları çok rahat, banyosu çok güzel. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Personel her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Konforlu bir konaklama için mükemmel.

Pros:

Nice clean room, every staff were very kind and amazing. We had a very comfortable stay.
They have 3 parking spots in front of the hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to park in one of them on both days we were there, but they were always full, so it may be difficult in a busy season. However, the street hotel is on has free street parking. The staff are very helpful, so I’m sure they will help you find a spot if the ones in front of the hotel are full.
Good amenities but only shampoo and soap, no hair conditioner.
We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay in a spot that’s easy to park. It’s about 15-20 min walk to the Romanian Athenaeum, and 30 min walk to the old town. We didn’t mind walking, but also very close if you just want to catch a taxi.
