I i like pool. The temperature is great, the filipino and bangladeshi or indian, not sure, are kind and giving an excellent service. The gym is good but there are some isn't working because there are missing cables. The room was good, bathtub is functioning well.

Cons:

The lady receptioniat assigned at the reception at noon time isn't welcoming and with kind of attitude. I came at past 1pm and she said that the room is not available. I told her that the property confirmed to my request of early arrival and i showed the emaik but she rudely said "i told you to wait". A front desk officer should ve train to welcome the guests with hospitality.
