Potentials that are not used effectively.
Pros:

I loved the location. The staff members in the reception were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that i had to tell them to clean my room. I didn't like the breakfast it had no gluten free options and the buffet was very simple. I didn't like when I wanted a taxi the reception told the bell boy to call a taxi and he brought his friend in a normal car instead of a taxi and I had to call a taxi myself.

Nice Experience
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful ( Mr Mahmoud the manager, Mr Ezzat & Mr Shady). The Hotel is in excellent location & clean. It’s my third time in that hotel and everytime it gets better than before.
