The location in Lahabana Condo itself was perfect!
It’s unfortunate that I had a very bad experience staying here.
• You have to find parking on the street by yourself. Guests are not allowed to park inside the condominium.
• Because you cannot park inside, you need to drag your luggage from the street into the condo and walk quite a long distance to the last building while carrying your bags.
• You are required to add Line application for the check-in process. If you are a foreigner, you must download the app and transfer 500 THB to the owner’s account as a room deposit (and it’s unclear when you will get it back).
• It is very difficult to contact the staff. I could not enter the room because the door code did not work. On chat they told me to get the key from a locker, but there was no locker there. The staff were supposed to send the door code via Line, but it often didn’t work.
• What’s worse is that it is very difficult to get help or solve problems.
• Even worse, when I finally managed to open the door, the room had not been cleaned yet. It took a long time to resolve the issue and I wasted a lot of time.
Overall, I would not recommend staying with RoomQuest.

ตอนจองบอกมีที่จอดรถ แต่มาถึงจริงต้องหาที่จอดเองที่ข้างถนนหน้าคอนโด ไม่สามารถจอดในตึกได้ จอดตากแดดไป ห้องพักใหม่ แต่แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดไม่ดี ไมโครเวฟขึ้นรา มีเศษอาหาร สกปรกมาก แจ้งแอดมินไปแค่นั้น ไม่มีการแก้ปัญหาให้ ไม่ส่งแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดให้ใหม่ แอร์มีเสียงดังมาก เหมือนใกล้พัง
ทำเลดีมาก มาพักเป็นครั้งที่2 ครั้งแรก ปีที่แล้วประทับใจมากๆ แต่ครั้งนี้ห้องเลอะ ประตูห้องน้ำเสีย ที่นอนมีเศษทราย ไม่ประทับใจเหมือนครั้งก่อนครับ แต่โดยรวมก็อยู่ได้

Clean and pretty place, night market nearby.
Check-in process is a nightmare.
- For some reason, they think that I have a local bank account to transfer a deposit (which wasn't mentioned on a site).
- Also they think, that I should have had a Line account at the time for chatting with them.
- They requested me to send my passport via chat.
Efficient communication once you have the line app installed.
No furniture on the balcony at all.
Great location
no balcony furniture at all! no toiletries. I had to insist the place (especially the bathroom) was cleaned thoroughly.

Property in a quiet location ,but there is a regular bus service down to the town, close to the beach and Cicada market near hotel that only open Friday,Saturday and Sunday night.
No English speaking channels on the Television. When i got into the property there was no kettle, when i contacted the agent a kettle was provided. Reception staff had very poor English and hard to communicate.
The room is nice and clean. Plus the location is wonderful, near the beach and night market.
The staff when I need to check in. I think they're staff belongs to condominium. Not very welcome and nice to welcome the guest.
And other thing the pillows are a bit too hard and high.
