Perfect host, perfect view and beautiful service

Perfect stay and have returned here a few times 🤩
Pros:

Beautiful, safe, quiet and convenient location. The view is fabulous over the sea, mountains and marina. Feels like home from home. Watching the scenery from the balcony is relaxing. Easy to walk into Fethiye centre and catch a Dolmuş at base of property. Have stayed here a few times and thanks to Bırol’s friendly hospitality who makes the stay seamless.

A fabulous spot to spend a few days
Pros:

Great location apartment in immaculate condition far enough out to be peaceful but still walking distance to town. Loved sitting on the balcony taking in the gorgeous view.

Cons:

Tall folk need to watch out for the low ceiling sections.

Comfy, Serene & Squeaky Clean
Pros:

-sparkling clean & fresh smelling (owners are very house proud and it shows in fixtures & decoration)
-super comfortable beds & pillows
-allocated roadside car space
-excellent communication & instructions from owner
-lovely views from balcony
-bus stop just down the stairs (on balcony side of property) - we didn’t use it but would be fabulous on a hot day to get into town

Cons:

-I chose the property because it was a little further out of town (quiet location) but it will be a little far from town for those who don’t like walking. It was a hot, sweaty walk in the summer sun so be prepared (or catch the bus / drive)

Pros:

Location and facilities, especially for doing our laundry. Cafes, restaurants and a convenience shop are all within easy walking distance. The local bus can take you into town within minutes or simply enjoy a walk along the harbour. Also the owner was attentive and very helpful — thank you!

Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità
Pros:

L'appartamento è molto bello e nuovo, la cucina è funzionale e ben attrezzata, doccia ottima e letto comodo. Terrazza spaziosa, con vista mare, ottima per fare colazione o cenare. Parcheggiare è stato molto facile, nonostante la città sia molto caotica. Il centro dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Siamo stati molto bene! Birol il proprietario, è stato sempre molto disponibile e ha risposto molto velocemente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità.

Appartamento molto bello, molto accogliente e pulito. Il proprietario molto gentile e simpatico ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi. Posizione a 10 minuti dal porto turistico e old town.super consigliato
