Good for a short term stay. Some furniture should be repaired, no sugar, tea, coffee.
Pros:

Location -5minutes to the beach. couple shops not far from apartment, cafe and restaurants as well. Arrived at night- received a card. No duvets. Asked on reception and got them next day.

Cons:

Apartments were good, but some furniture should be repaired. Door to the shower was broken, cable
To the TV was broken. Only 2 glasses were in kitchen. No tea,coffe, sugar. Only salt. No shower gel. We only had 3 small soaps. One part of the sofa was broken. Not comfortable to sleep on it

Pros:

Месторасположение отличное. Пляж Коньяалты с прозрачно чистой водой в 7 минутах ходьбы. Есть вся необходимая посуда.
Недалеко 2 магазина Şok, A101👍 цены приемлемые.

Очень понравились апартаменты, всего достаточно для хорошего отдыха. Номера были чистые. Звукоизоляция настолько хорошая

Cons:

Не было швабры и тряпки, чтобы прибраться. Тряпку купили.

Pros:

كل شئ كان رائعاً الموقع والهدوء والطاقم ونظافة المكان.

Cons:

أواني المطبخ كانت قليله وحالتها غير جيده للطبخ ووجود نمل في المطبخ .
ولكن هذه مشكله سهل التغلب عليها اذا اهتم الشخص بعدم وجود طعام خارج الثلاجه

Cons:

Все чудово крім одної важливої деталі- гарячої води! Її постійно не було. Прийшли на 3 день майстри, відремонтували. На слідуючий день знову пропала! З шести днів відпочинку волосся вдалося помити двічі. Це єдине що засмутило, бо Середземне море досить солоне, і гарно змити її особливо коли у дитини довге волосся не вдалося, так і привезли сіль в волоссі додому!

Требуется ремонт номера.
Pros:

Расположение недалеко от моря. площадь номера хорошая. Свободная по площади кухня. Много ящиков и шкафов. Просторная ванная комната.

Cons:

Номер требует ремонта. Отваливаются кран на кухне, крышка унитаза, ручки шкафа и душевой кабины. Сломан стул на кухне.

Подойдёт тем, кто в приоритете ставит выгодное расположение, а не идеальный ремонт и мелкие детали.
Pros:

Если вы не слишком привередливы и готовы не обращать внимания на небольшие косяки, то вам здесь понравится. Номер большой, состоит из спальни и комнаты, объединённой с кухней. Есть небольшой балкон с видом на горы. В нашем распоряжении были кухонные приборы, тарелки, стаканы, сковородки. Кондиционеры работали, горячая вода была всё время.

Главный плюс — это, конечно, местоположение. До пляжа всего 5 минут пешком (правда, нужно перейти оживлённую дорогу без светофора и пешеходного перехода). Пляж широкий, с мелкой галькой, места хватает всем в любое время. Рядом есть прокат лежаков, правда, дороговато — 700 лир в день за два лежака и зонт. Набережная вдоль пляжа отличная: много кафе, детских площадок и магазинов. До супермаркета «Мигрос» 10 минут пешком, до хорошего обменника — 15. Также в пяти минутах ходьбы есть другие сетевые магазины (Sok, Bim). Рядом с апартаментами расположены кафе для местных с приятными ценами и вкусной едой (Harran Gurme, Cipa Balik). Также в радиусе пары километров работают продуктовые рынки (правда, они открыты только раз в неделю). До центра города на такси — 20 минут.

Cons:

Номер подуставший: сколы на мебели, царапины на стенах, следы от клея, оставшиеся от когда-то висевшей картины. Посуду давно пора заменить. И если вы вдруг забудете еду на столешнице, её тут же атакует стая муравьёв. Иногда пропадает Wi-Fi: у нас не было интернета больше суток.

Понравилось только расположение; всё остальное было весьма средненько, скорее, даже разочаровывающе

Cons:

В последнюю ночь один из живших в аппартаментах уехал в аэропорт раньше, около четырех утра; через несколько минут кто-то из персонала зашел в номер и начал копаться в вещах, хотя было совершенно очевидно, что номер не пуст и второй человек спит в спальне. В комнате был раскрытый чемодан, еще не собранный, - и никто не сдавал номер.
Не знаю, что этот человек искал, но помимо мелочи, оставленной на столе, пропали пляжные тапочки с балкона, - ума не приложу, зачем было их воровать, это были обычные кроксы, хотя и практически новые. Это испортило впечатление от пребывания окончательно.

This was the most problematic stay so far.
Pros:

That apartment is near the sea.

Cons:

We had significant problems during our stay at Loft85 that the host was unable to resolve effectively and fast.
The apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived (trash, grease stains in the kitchen, cigarette butts in the balcony) and we discovered a dead bird outside the window. Furthermore, we had no hot water for two days, a basic amenity we counted on. First day we were left like this, at least the next day the host offered to shower in another apartment… Overall apartment really needs renovation.
Despite reporting these issues, the host was dismissive. The lack of urgency and enmphaty of the host for these real inconveniences made the stay poor value for the price.

Trivsam boende
Pros:

Vi trivdes på boendet , nära stranden och trevlig personal. Hulia var väldig trevlig och hjälpsam. Rymlig och bekväm legenhet med garderob och skåp och hyllor.

Cons:

Myrorna på köksbänken. Ofräsch och oren spis. Avfall påsar borde finnas eller ingå .
varmvattens knapp gick av ofta .
Tallrikar bör bytas ut i köket de var gamla och ofräscha .
