Great facilities but very noisy.
Pros:

The facility’s were great and the breakfast was exceptional value. The staff at the breakfast room were very good friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately this family room has no outlook there is a lot of road and aircraft noise.
Compared with other rooms this is in the worst position on the complex.
If had a family one maybe two nights maximum.

No television has kids 9,7,6 didn't get a television for the first 24 hours , checked out the next morning, I read in the reviewscanother guest experience the same thing # 612 private owner. Beware

It was good the property place was clean long walk distance to the pool

Cons:

Staff, I called them because Toby was not working and they say nobody can go to the room and shake it out because they only have two person and the hotel, ice machine was not working

Good comfortable place with nice pool, but loud planes and a little overpriced
Pros:

Heated pool was fabulous, on a cool rainy day the kids still had fun swimming. The room is cute and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Location isn't great, it's so close to the airport that you hear loud planes overhead. Value would be better if breakfast were included or if it weren't $60 cleaning fee for one night stay.

besides the tiki bar our stay was great.

place was exactly as in the pictures, had extra sheets and place was clean and comfortable!!

Cons:

only thing I didn’t like was that on our second night there we decided to go order food at the tiki bar, placed and order at the register and waited for my food so I could leave, when I got my food I paid and while I was walking out a friend of the cashier who charged for my food started following me and yelling at me if I wasn’t going to leave the cashier/waitress (Julie) a tip or at least $10. I said no I didn’t get any service from her she only charged me for my food besides I had no cash on me I paid with my card, she said to go back inside and there was an ATM available. I asked why should I give her a tip if she didn’t serve me at all and she asked me if I used the pool (pool was included with my room) I said no I just came to buy food. I got so upset and just ignore her and kept walking to my room, she followed and treated me.
