Pleasant 10 days of Boston experience and World Cup fun
Pros:

Good location outside of the city centre with good tram link into Boston and pleasant village area with plenty of amenities. Accommodation had basic kitchen facilities within the apartment and additional shared kitchen if required.

Cons:

Sound proofing of rooms not great but didn't affect our stay. Cleaning services seemed a bit limited.

Won't stay there again.
Pros:

Location. Close to the train from Boston

Cons:

1)Very noisy! Heater was on/off and at night couldn't sleep well. 2)you can hear your neighbors anytime the walk..floors are really old and squeaky. 3) couldn't close the window - frame from very hard to close. Had to sleep with open window. The worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel

Posizione ottima, camera luminosa e ben attrezzata. La struttura é vicina alla metro verde (summit avenue), e presenta spazi puliti e ben organizzati. Buona anche la cucina comune, ben servita.

Cons:

Per soggiorni più lunghi sarebbe opportuno rendere possibile pulire autonomamente la camera (dare in dotazione aspirapolvere/scopa) oppure garantire un servizio minimo di pulizia gestito dall’host (oltre allo svuotare la spazzatura dei cestini all’interno della camera sarebbe comodo avere la possibilità di trovare la camera pulita almeno una volta a settimana, nei soggiorni lunghi lo sporco rischia di accumularsi).

Cons:

Two people, kitchen facilities so why only one chair? When weather was terrible and we stayed in it was bed or nothing!

Very nice place
Pros:

Location was great - very close to public transport and safe neighborhood.
The room was very clean with all needed equipement in it. Even earplugs on the night stand as there can be some noise with the old wood floor.

Spartan, clean, convenient location at at good price
Pros:

Clean and convenient for our needs.

Cons:

The room was very sparsely appointed...only one chair for two people, very bare bones and not comfortable. The bed was fine. A corkscrew would be a nice addition to the utensils in the apartment.

Just what we needed for a weekend in the City.
Pros:

Pretty much what you’d expect. Clean and in a nice part of Brookline. Great access to the T and easy to get to the city center. Check in was smooth and easy. It is noisy and easy to hear others units, but a solid stay none the less.

Pros:

Nice property in great walkable neighborhood, subway (C-line) to Boston to dine at high-end restaurant, shops, museums, including the Isabella Stewart Gardner home-turned-museum. Rooms include mini fridge, microwave and laundry facilities in the basement, accommodations for extended-stays.
