Pros:

I would not stay here again.
Beds were very uncomfortable, staff were not very helpful concerning an issue with my booking. I spent 4/6 days of my stay trying to fix a problem with the booking...they did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue.
It got to a point where they were insisting that I had to pay 2 x for 1 booking. Eventually, I got it sorted out but, they were no help whatsoever.
If you can believe it, today, as I was checking out, they insisted that I had eaten a bag of dried coconut from the mini bar. I detest dried fruit of any kind so, I set them straight about that.
Plus, even if I had indulged, the very least they could have done was leave it at that after everythingI wrnt through to resolve THEIR problem with my booking. They were not very courteous about anything. It felt like I was being scammed left, right & center.
I will not book this hotel again.

Pros:

Wonderful staff, comfortable place and location is one of the best in Da Nang. I was in a bit of a booking issue with expedia but the manager really helped me during a really busy weekend. Great place, lots of families and good restaurants near. Walk to beach and a nice pool up top.
