Pros:

Location is perfect. Just 15 min from airport, 6 min to Dragon Bridge. Around 9 min to My Khe Beach. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room exactly in the photo. Clean, comfy, big.

Cons:

Maybe improve in providing drinking water and extra pillows.

Cozy and enjoyable! I recommend it!
Pros:

I love that there was a washer in the room, but it does not dry which is quite inefficient. The room is very homey and cozy, so it makes you feel like you are not just staying a hotel. I also love the staff because they speak English and the check-in process was shift and easy.

Cons:

The washer should be replaced with a 2 in 1 because just having a washer with also no clothes rack does not make sense at all. The room can also use some bedside lamps or something in the room that can offer soft lightening.

The staff made this stay wonderful
Pros:

Loved my stay here. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great with easy access to most areas. The bed was comfortable and even though I didn’t use the kitchen, it was handy to have.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly and the room felt kike a small apartment. Fast wifi, great view, and within walking distance to everything! TV with connection to Netflix for relaxing at night. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Pros:

Les chambres ressemblent aux photos, il n’y a rien à dire là-dessus, et l’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, à proximité du Dragon Bridge et à 20–25 minutes à pied de la plage.

Cons:

Hôtel pas top du tout.

L’accueil de l’hôtel par la dame est froid. Seul l’homme qui est présent le soir est souriant et très gentil.

La chambre n’était pas vraiment « propre » à notre arrivée, même si cela reste correct. Le tapis de douche est troué, le frigo et les meubles sont tachés, et de petites fourmis se baladent près de la porte d’entrée.

Ils nous disent qu’une femme de ménage passe tous les jours. En réalité, elle passe simplement pour changer nos serviettes de douche, c’est tout , nous avons vérifié et constaté cela.

Ma pire expérience reste la laverie. Nous avons donné des affaires qui ne sont jamais revenues et qui ont disparu. Certaines ont même rétréci. Concernant le linge blanc, il est revenu complètement délavé. On nous disait simplement qu’elles n’avaient pas fait attention et que ce n’était pas leur faute. Malgré tout, ils nous ont remboursé les frais de laverie, mais nous nous retrouvons quand même sans linge au final…

Si vous allez dans cet hôtel, ne donnez pas vos affaires à laver, sauf si vous voulez finir en short le reste de votre séjour.

Malgré le prix intéressant, cela reste un hôtel plus que moyen. Je ne vous le conseille pas : nous avons vu des hôtels avec de meilleures offres dans les alentours.

Ideal location clean and modern
Pros:

Good location within reasonable walking distance of beach and city. Very clean and modern. Good value for money and would have no hesitation to recommend.

Cons:

Traffic noise from front road and incessant beeping of traffic from early morning but not anything unlikeable about the property.

Pros:

I enjoyed the room and the helpful and friendly staff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room’s position was ideal – not too far from the beach and close to the city.

Cons:

They could improve the cleaning. The floor had some hair from previous guests and dust had accumulated under the bed. If they improve this, for the money, it’s a really good place.

Just a note: if you’re a light sleeper and prefer to go to bed early the noise can be a bit much. The windows don’t completely isolate the continuous honking from the street below. My room was on the fourth floor and I slept well but I don’t mind the sound.

Pros:

Xung quanh nhiều tiện ích (siêu thị, nhà thuốc, cafe) mở cửa tới tối muộn nên tiện lợi cho việc mua sắm. Gần cầu rồng, chợ đêm và các điểm ăn uống. Phòng sạch và thơm , luôn có nước nóng và có nv dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Được chẹckin sớm không mất thêm phí nếu phòng trống trước đó (hỏi nhân viên trước để được hỗ trợ). Không gian yên tĩnh, phòng có view hoàng hôn rất đẹp.

Cons:

Tivi smart tuy nhiên hơi lag, các nút bấm không được linh hoạt lắm

Clean and large suite in a good location.
Pros:

The room is clean. There are no musty or other strong scents in the room, which is amazing for people who are sensitive to scents. Bathroom has fan so the ventilation in there is also good. Location is pretty good. Nice to be able to walk back from seeing the dragon show. No issues with noise on the river side on the 6th floor. Kitchenette was nice to have. Didn’t cook but did order food in. Lots of cafes and shops in the area. Staff were really nice. Washing machine was nice to have. No dryer but the clothes dried quickly if you are using AC. Used the hangers to hang up the clothes while drying. Would definitely book this place again.
