Bed full on ants / cockroach found in the bathroom when I was taking a shower…
The owner doesn’t have room I had to find my self the hotel my booking the owner didn’t help me at all,
He refunded me the night I didn’t spent after I said that I’m gonna contact booking for this

Convenient location. The host is really helpful. It’s a nice, comfortable unit for a short term stay.
Small bathroom. But it appears to be a common thing in most apartments.
Once you get a north facing room, amazing view. Two bedrooms. Some kitchen equipment. Nice working TV. Most convenient location in DaNang. Some apartments are nicely put together. Wifi worked great.
Absolutely hate that you can't choose a room on booking, it becomes a negotiation game at check in, this should not be allowed on booking. I observed 3 apartments and stayed in two, the degree of quality varies drastically. Corner north facing rooms are amazing, non-corner north facing have bad ventilation in 2nd room and bathrooms, east facing rooms blocked by building views, cancel. I hate the full bathroom showers. My longer stay apartment had terrible floors, broken doors, and bad drainage of ancient washing machine spilling water on balcony. The host should put specific rooms in sub listings and charge accordingly.
Found old rubbish under furniture, musty smell, air conditioning inconsistent. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again

Location
Poor staff support. Rude staff. Lack of basic facilities like dustbin, kitchenware, loose electric points, clogged drain. Incorrect description of small sofa as sofa cum bed. No response or acknowledgment from staff for checkout.
Great apartment — clean, quiet, rather spacious. Has a balcony and nice city view from 26th floor. Everything's working fine.
Excellent communication with a host — host speaks English and answers really fast, which was crucial to us at the moment of booking. Also, Kim helped us after the checkout, when we discovered that had forgotten a usb drive at the apartment.
All in all, everything was great, would definitely recommend.
Would be nice to have a bit more cutlery in the kitchen, like forks and teaspoons. And also would be great to have some directions, 'cause there's a wrong pin on the map. IRL it's in the Mường Thanh building (the one on the photo).

Booked for 6 adults yet only provided 2 doubles and a sofa bed that could maybe hold 1 person if you lay side ways but then didn’t give pillows or laundry for sofa bed.

It had the best view! The property was good and very affordable. The staff was very kind and understanding about the situation as we were considering moving due to bed but provided us with mats, toilet paper, more fans and everything we needed.
We booked for six guests if you do this you will be sleeping on the floor for two of the guest there are only two bedrooms with two double beds, which are the only rooms with aircon.

The host need to understand/comprehend that the guest is coming for a once in a life time experience whereas the host is catering to mundane/multiple/daily guests. Hence there is a tendency to loose the hospitality touch a wee bit.
