The lady at the reception is great and helpful, and she is also the maid. Last night there was a terrible noise in the hotel and banging and I don't know if it was the guests or the staff. disturbing feeling

What a delightful place. This area of Saigon came as a complete surprise to us. So many restaurants and things to do. This area is just so peaceful and organized compared to most. Wide streets, no horns and bustling traffic. The property was more than I could have possibly expected. The host was extraordinarily helpful and the staff was faultless. The place was above average in cleanliness and quality. I’ll be back for sure.
The spa bath wasn’t quite operational. The bed was a bit on the hard side.

A good location, a little bit far from the city center but if you have a scooter you will definitely enjoy the beautiful and what is more important safe area. The apartment is cosy, spacious, with a lot of place to put your stuff. The manager checked us in early without charging any money. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect!
The WiFi could have been better, it was almost impossible to use it.
Convenient location, a lot of shops and restaurants around, park in the walking distance, rooms look fresh and have everything you need but too noisy
It was nightmare, I booked this hotel for five days and all these days I suffered, so I even left on 1 day before check out even though it was paid already.
If it wasn't a hotel guest who was making noise, then it was definitely someone outside, generally in Vietnam it's unrealistic to relax and get enough sleep because people behave absolutely inappropriately. I couldn’t sleep at all, other hotel or staff guests were making noise at night, and at 6 a.m. I was usually woken up by noise from the street, some kind of retarded dude was yelling like crazy, or people with carts who were selling stuff had a megaphone yelling,
Also left at the checking desk aka cleaning lady doesn’t even know how to use ATM machine and process card payments, she used the card the wrong side several times and it is because of such people you get your card blocked. Then after several times, she said “No” I’m like what “no”??! She repeated “No!” It’s like talking to mentally challenged person! Educate your stuff!
