Lits très confortables.
Ruelle très calme.

Cons:

Moisissure sur les murs et eau gelée (pas fun quand il pleut et qu’il fait 15 degrés dehors)

The shared kitchen was not really usable during the night because the owner sleeps there

Good location but some issues with bathroom.
Pros:

Great location and property has all the basic facilities.

Cons:

We were not impressed with the shower/bath. The water was always cold and shower broken so we couldn’t have a shower. No plug for the bath so also couldn’t have a bath. We tried multiple times to ask the hosts for help with this, but the language barrier was too much and they were out 90% of the time, so it was impossible. We had to shower in the other rooms when they were unlocked!

Cons:

There was nobody when checking in, there wasn't a room key available so I had to leave my stuff in the unlocked room and there wasn't hot water in the shower. Apparently there is a switch for the boiler, but if there isn't someone to explain, it is easy to miss. Even at checkout nobody was available.
