Cozy and comfortable room, great value
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, there was enough space, it was cozy and we liked that the shoes were not allowed inside.
We had a little issue with shower drain but the reaction from the host was super quick and it was fixed almost right away. Very responsive and attentive hosts.
Location is 10mins away from old town, so quite nice.

Cons:

The shower/toilet/bathroom is super small, more like a normal shower size, but for a short stay its not an issue. At the end it was comfortable enough for us.

Pros:

A háziak nagyon kedvesek voltak, kávéval kínáltak érkezéskor nagyon tiszta és nagyon szép volt a ház és a szoba! Klíma van. Megengedték, hogy a motorral beálljunk a pici udvarukba. Ha autóval mentünk volna az utca végén nyilvánosan tudtunk volna parkolni. Közel volt a központ kb.3 perc gyalog! Terasz is volt a szobához, ide esténként kiültünk beszélgetni, nagyon kellemes volt csodás kilátással a hegyre és az erődre! Összességében minden rendben volt és nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat!!! Ajánlom mindenkinek aki bírja a szűk fürdőszobát! 😉

Cons:

Túl pici volt a fürdöszoba, kb. 1m x 1,5 m túl szűk és kényelmetlen mint egy pici kabin. Itt van bent a wc és a kézmosó is!!!!!
Hiányzott a kiskanál mikor kávét készítettem és a szekrény a szobából! A pipere tükörnél nem volt világítás és a törölköző tartó is kiszakadt a helyéről mikor ráakasztottam a törölközőt! Legközelebb jobban fogok figyelni foglaláskor, hogy ilyet ne válasszak!

Bagno minuscolo, 1 metri quadro circa. Ad ogni doccia tutto il piccolissimo bagno viene allagato e lavato completamente.

Ev sahibi güler yüzlü. Bize girdiğimizde kahve ikram etti. Balkan turumuzda en beğendiğimiz yer Prizren oldu. Mekan da Müslüman için ideal ve güzel bir yer.

The property was clean and calm in a great location in the city center. Owner was super kind and helpful.

Cons:

But there is no private parking. Parking is in front of the building on the very narrow street.

Ok, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’d prefer a clean air room. (The worst thing was the tobacco smell)
Pros:

The location in the city was pleasant and convenient.

Cons:

Well, the room was well equipped but the air change was problematic. The main window was not a window (a kind of glassy wall) and the small back window was totally not enough to ensure the air change. The tobacco (old smoking) smell in the room was difficult to stand.
The air conditioner worked properly, fortunately.

Biraz daha esnek bir işletme anlayışı ve donanım eksiklerini giderme sonrasında misafirlerin tercihlerinin daha fazla ol
Pros:

Ev sahibi kibar bir hanımefendi idi. Daireye gelir gelmez börek ve ayran ikramı yapması, aç olduğum için ayrıca değerli idi. Evin konumu fena değil. Yatak odası içinde banyo/WC ve klima olması rahatlatıcıydı. Ayrıca alafranga tuvalette taharet musluğu olması da güzeldi. Bu villanın en üst katında yaşayarak Prizren şehrini solukladım. Balkonun akşam saatinde dağ manzarası seyri güzel. Burada 4 gün konakladığımı belirtmeliyim.

Cons:

Villanın en üst katının bana tahsis edilmesine rağmen konaklamanın alt katlardan bağımsız bir bölüm olmaması rahatsız edici idi. Ayrıca salonda klima olmaması ve aşırı ısınma yanında mutfakta bazı eksikler vardı. Örneğin fırın ocağı çalışmıyor, seyyar iki gözlü ocak dengesiz ve yavaş çalışıyor, harici elektrikli su ısıtıcısı (ketıl) ve tava yoktu.

Evden ayrılma çıkış saatini 12:00 zannettiğimden, saat 10:00”dan itibaren 4-5 defa temizlik görevlisinin rahatsız edici tavırlarına muhatap oldum. Hatta ben odada hazırlanırken bulunduğum kata gelip mutfakta temizliğe ve kapıya vurmalar vb. yaptı. Bu arada şunu belirtmeliyim ki, o gün için benden sonra bu daire için rezervasyon yoktu.
