Staff were tip top! They have a staff name Kimmie and she is just everywhere! Anything that you need will be attended, while she also make sure that all guest are enjoying themselves whether that is during meal or activities…
The room that I got wasn’t the best and now I know that I would need to request a newer rooms that was recently built for my future stay

Too many kids in the pool
Staff were lovely and helpful, especially leaving bag here until I returned.
The pool being used by outside children, it was so noisy and I'm sure these children were not toilet trained. It was very dirty. I came here to relax and sit by the pool. Too many kids and too dirty and too loud. No lounges to lie on.
Good location, safe and near airport
Aircon issues plagued us for several days and could not get fixed so it was quite uncomfortable especially sleeping at night
Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room comfortable with comfortable and clean bed. A few clothes hangers in the wardrobe would be very hepful; otherwise, indicating on booking.com that guests should bring their own clothes hangers will also be a helpful tip. Some curtains in the bathroom and kitchenette area will be helpful to prevent heat coming in.
The place is away from the city center and it is quiet, but a major problem of being away from the city center is that it is difficult to order a Blue Taxi (known as the safe taxi company in Dili, which charges by the meter) whose drivers are reluctant to come and pick up passengers from the area. A room service menu in the room will be very helpful. The airport is just about a kilo meter from the property. There is a supermarket and an Indonesian restaurant just outside the property.
While the bedroom air conditioner (split type) was excellent, the window-type airconditioner in the living room was non-functional and useless, although it ran and consumed power. The Lodge owners may consder replacing it. Even an overhead fan in the room will be useful.
The breakfast is standard fare buy yummy. Coffee is excellent.
The layout of the place can be a bit confusing. Staff are very helpful but a map would be nice.
