Quiet calm stay
Pros:

We really liked how quiet the hotel was! It’s not located in a busy area so that was great! Location was good too we came in March and the Ubers rides were about $10-25 USD into the city. We arrived late and organized a self check in which was super easy and convenient. They did have someone make the bed and fold the towels which was amazing.

Cons:

The walls were dirty. They only change the towels every three days- which would be fine except for that there were no hooks to hang up wet towels. We ended up having to hang them on the top of doors which felt dirty. They also only provided a multipurpose soap. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion.

Um bom lugar para ficar em Roma, com funcionários muito simpáticos.

Box do banheiro muito pequeno! Erraram na montagem da cortina com o Black Out, trocaram o trilho de um e de outro. Nos 3 dias que acordamos lá a luz do raiar do dia incidia no nosso rosto na cama. Não deu pra acordar mais tarde porque o quarto ficava muito iluminado. Mesmo informando isso para o funcionário no primeiro dia, não resolveram. Em uma das noites, acredito que havia alguém fumando perto da entrada de ar do sistema de ventilação e então esse cheiro entrava para o quarto. Mas apesar desse incoveniente eu voltaria a me hospedar. Acredito que foram casos fortuitos. Só o box do banheiro que acredito que continuará minúsculo. O banheiro é bem grande, mas o box é desproporcional.

Bon hotel pour un séjour d’une durée de 5 jours
Pros:

L’accueil très chaleureux et la literie très confortable.
Personnel à l’écoute, de bon conseil pour les visites. Hotel facile d’accès en transports en commun.

Cons:

Les quelques traces d’usures présentes sur quelques équipements (fauteuils, rideaux, douche).
Bruyant le matin au premier étage.

Pros:

Le calme de l'hôtel les chambres spacieuses et confortables le lit vraiment confortable très agréable après avoir marché toute la journée. Le petit déjeuner est correct il y a du choix. L'hôtel est à 5 min à peine de l'arrêt de tram qui mène directement dans le centre historique et a 2 stations de la gare de trastevere.
Le personnel d'accueil est adorable et très serviable
