Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner varié et avec une touche locale, touts les matins nous avions une autre tarte à déguster.
La machine à café était à disposition toute la journée.

A fost o surpriză foarte plăcută vizita la acest hotel! Este foarte cochet, curat și foarte bine poziționat , lângă parcul Copou. Micul dejun foarte diversificat și bun. Personală de nota 10!

Das Prestige Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Die Lage direkt am Copou-Park ist hervorragend. Botanischer Garten, Restaurants, Cafés, Kirchen, Museen sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Pension ist eher klein und familiär, was für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Mein Apartment war geräumig, modern und außergewöhnlich sauber. Es verfügte über einen großen Kühlschrank, Flachbild-TV, Klimaanlage, Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln sowie ein sehr bequemes Bett. Auch das Badezimmer war makellos sauber und mit Duschgel ausgestattet.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und sehr lecker. Der Frühstücksraum sowie der Wintergarten waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Englisch wird zwar nur wenig gesprochen, die Verständigung funktionierte aber problemlos. Trotz fehlender 24-Stunden-Rezeption ist der Zugang jederzeit per Türcode möglich. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Da ich nachts abreisen musste, erhielt ich sogar ein Lunchpaket für die Reise – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste. Insgesamt gab es für mich absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Iași gerne wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

In rezervare am mentionat ca doresc o camera cu balcon, asa am si facut rezervarea, cand am ajuns in locatie am primit o camera fara balcon, desi am primit confirmarea prin mesaj de la proprietate.
