Very happy to have found this place, we will stay here again on our next trip to Iasi.

Labai, labai, labai!
Pros:

Nuostabus personalas, šilti žmonės, švara, tvarka, pusryčiai puikūs, kava skani ir galima pasidaryti bet kokiu paros metu! Vieta nuostabi! truputį toliau nuo gatvės, nesigirdi triukšmo, o kartu - viskas, ką norėjome aplankyti, buvo pasiekiama ranka :) Ačiū labai!

Pros:

A fost o surpriză foarte plăcută vizita la acest hotel! Este foarte cochet, curat și foarte bine poziționat , lângă parcul Copou. Micul dejun foarte diversificat și bun. Personal de nota 10!

A disappointing experience.
Pros:

The property looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are old and do not match the photos.

Cons:

We booked an apartment for four adults with two double bedrooms through Booking.com. However, when we arrived, we were given an apartment with one double bedroom and another room with two single beds, which was not what we had booked.

When we raised the issue, the staff claimed it was Booking.com’s mistake and did not take responsibility. We were then expected to pay extra to get an apartment with the two double bedrooms we had originally booked, which we felt was unfair.

In addition, the apartment was old and did not match the photos advertised online. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the accommodation did not meet our expectations.
