Pros:

La ubicación y el barrio es muy tranquilo, mucho transporte. Caminando a 10 minutos de la estación de tren.

Cons:

La limpieza, parecía que no habían limpiado en algún tiempo.
El edificio vecino tienen prendida la luz toda la noche.

The value is perfect. You are about 6 minutes walk from train station and Life supermarket. You got convenient stores around the apartment.

Appart confortable
Pros:

Bon emplacement, arrivée autonome, pouvoir laisser ses valises avant de chekin.
La chambre est confortable et l'espace canapé/ table basse est appréciable. La petite cuisine est un peu également.

Cons:

L'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas bonne. On entends les bruits de la route.

Pros:

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen und es gab einen Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, sodass man sich gut versorgen konnte. Es war Waschmittel vorhanden für die Waschmaschine was super war.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem die Küche hat muffig gerochen. Sauber war es leider nicht wirklich, wir haben erstmal die Mikrowelle und das Waschbecken im Badezimmer abwischen müssen und da eine dicke Staubschicht runtergeholt. Die Matratzen auf dem Boden sind super durchgelegen und der Federkern hat sich in unsere Rippen gepresst. Das Apartment könnte mit einer neuen Einrichtung bestimmt wieder schön gemacht werden.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

This property had everything we needed and we really appreciated that. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen were well stocked. Place was clean and well kept. Free bikes were available. Location was a bit out of the way but very manageable.

Generally the accomodation was ok, but did not offer a level of comfort, which I have expected.
Pros:

There was enough towels for all the duration of my stay.

Cons:

The equipment was obviously used (torn tatami, screws from furniture).

I was not OK with small imperfections, which is not something I would expect from japanese accomodation. Doors did not close themselves without using force, bikes had problems with wheels and attached bike lamps were not charched, some chargers and electric equipment did not work at all ..

Hidden Kyoto Gem :)
Pros:

Viale Jurakumawari was a great stay just outside the main hub of Kyoto, but on numerous bus routes in the city. The place was spacious, and had touches of luxury that really made our stay special. The accommodation smelled great, it had useful amenities like an Ironing board and iron, and even a baggage scale! The accommodation was well decorated, and great care was taken to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was roomy for a couple, and the bathroom large enough for us! It was our favourite place to stay in Japan :)

Cons:

Everything was great about Viale Jurakumawari! Off the beaten track, but with accessible amenities and places to eat and visit!

可以免費租借腳踏車真的太棒了，讓人可以體驗在地生活，非常喜歡!

Cons:

鍋子有點小,希望可以換成大一點鍋子,另外不沾鍋已有刮痕,為了健康建議能換新,或是改用非不沾鍋的款式。

Très bon séjour car fonctionnel et accessibilité pratique
Pros:

Le confort de l'appartement, sa propreté, son agencement, tous les équipements, le rangement, les aménagements, le tarif, le vélo à disposition.

Cons:

Le confort du lit était moyen, mais literie très propre et état neuf.
Les vélos n'étaient pas en super état (lumière non fonctionnant, freins non réglés, roue voilée, cadre dévissé...). Mais avoir un vélo dans l'immeuble mis à disposition fut tellement pratique et dépannant que bon... j'ai fait quelque peu révisé celui que j'utilisais le plus (certaines selles n'étaient plus réglables car coincées donc étant petite j'avais un vélo de prédilection car adaptable en taille de selle..)

יש המון מתקנים טובים, אופניים, מכונת כביסה, מטבח מאובזר לגמרי והרבה מרווח.
תמורה מדהימה למחיר!!
