Pros:

Only 2 stations from Kyoto train station. Incredibly clean and quiet. It's a converted one bedroom apartment so it's massive compared to a standard hotel room. Loved having a washing machine with a clothes dryer built into the bathroom. The kitchenette is limited in terms of utensils but it's enough for a holiday stay. The fridge is full sized so plenty of room for groceries. The wardrobe is big too. The price was exceptional for the Kyoto area. Would definitely stay again.

外観の装飾が気に入りました。落ち着いた雰囲気で、とてもリラックスできました。
オーナーの方もとてもクリエイティブな方で、革製品は素晴らしいです。スタッフはいつもプロフェッショナルでありながら、私と笑い合えるほどリラックスした雰囲気です。特に、ボスレディ、グリーン・ホーネット／カトー、バットマン＆ロビン、ママさんといった感じの人たちがいました。
清掃スタッフも良かったです。とてもフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルで、私に辛抱強く接してくれて、仕事をしながらも笑顔で接してくれました。

部屋への入り口となるセキュリティドアが気に入りました。信じられないかもしれませんが、自己反省のひとときを与えてくれました。400号室は、息子と私が滞在した20日間をとても快適に過ごせました。必要なものはすべて揃っていて、料理も用意されていました。
立地もとても良く、毎朝部屋の外に出てバルコニーに立って、遠くに見える背の高い神社を静かに眺めていました。

徒歩圏内にはたくさんの飲食店があり、ファミリーマートやセブンイレブンもいくつかあります。約1マイル（約1.6km）離れたところに食料品店もあります。

日本を訪れ、またここに滞在することを楽しみにしています。

立地は私にとってまさに理想的です。名前に「ZEN」とついているので当然静かですが、電車の駅からも近いので移動に便利です。

車で利用する際はまた宿泊したい。

駐車場が有料だが予約で確約できる。
