We would definitely stay here again. And recommend to all our family and friends.
Pros:

It was clean beautiful and spacious room for our family of 5. Excellent staff and hospitality. Close to train station.

Cons:

Not very close to food places.

Bonne base pour visiter kyoto
Pros:

Endroit très charmant, avec tout le confort possible.
Très proche de la station de métro, l'accès aux différents endroits de Kyoto est facile à partir de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La proximité de la gare de métro, le bruit, bien que discret reste audible depuis l'appartement.
Le quartier est très peu touristique.

京都に来る際は利用したい宿でした！
Pros:

子どもの試合の為に2日間泊まらせていただきました。アパートメントタイプのホテルに初めて泊まりましたが、お風呂、洗面脱衣所、トイレが別なのと、洗濯が部屋で出来るのがとても良かったです！
ウォークインクローゼットも荷物をしっかり置けて服もかけられて使い心地最高でした！

Cons:

夕方17時前に到着しましたが、受付の方が不在で電話で呼び出す仕様でしたが、置いてある電話機が壊れていたのか…何度押しても何も鳴らず、そのままそこで何分も待つことになったのが重い荷物を抱えていたのでつらかったです。
あとは、受付？エントランス？のお香の匂いが苦手な香りで、結構きつめだったので服に付いたのが少し残念でした。

Pros:

算是寬敞、服務人員都十分友善，有被好好對待的感覺，非常開心，而且地方乾淨、交通方便，而且他有超強乾燥設備在浴室，洗衣機不會太吵，還提供衣架，這點真的很不錯！

Cons:

太過簡易的廚房，可能基本的油、鹽要有比較好。
再來是主要是其他住戶問題，好像是隔壁住戶，天啊清晨1-2點還不睡覺，很吵鬧，可能是隔壁住戶真的太吵了，加上可能是薄薄簍空鋪上的木地板，隔壁住戶走起來也滿大聲的。

Pros:

Property looks quite new. Room and building is spotless. 2 mins walk away from the bus and train station which is great. there is roughly 7-10 mins walk away from convenience store and a big grocery shop.

Pros:

We had a very nice room comfortable for 3 people with 3 suitcases. Very good room layout, clean and spacious. Our son loved watching beautiful Koi fish on the ground floor of the hotel. We needed a parking spot and the hotel offered that, which we liked very much.

Cons:

Location is very close to a train station but it felt a little like it is detached from the rest of the city, and kind of rural. Many crop fields around. It did not bother us too much, just did not feel amazing.

Very nice and cozy stay. Spacious room and great facilities. Love the Big Fishes in the pool.
Pros:

Very near to Takeda station in Kyoto to go around the city, very nice and clean environment and quiet surroundings. You will have a different vibe from Tokyo. Really Love it. Definitely recommend for you
