숙소 주변으로 다 걸어서 갈수있습니다! 라멘집도 맛있습니다 ㅎㅎ ! 매번 집에 모이면 서로 방에 들어가서 얼굴 볼 일이 잘 없었는데 한 방에서 생활하니 너무너무 좋았습니다! 침구가 푹신하고 따뜻하고 최고입니다!

Great place would stay again :)
Pros:

Lovely apartment / centrally located and very comfortable. Very friendly staff, we had a great stay.

Cons:

Recommendations it would be great if the apartment had a kettle, a microwave and more kitchen utensils, glasses, plates etc. So that you could make the most of the kitchen facilities and cook there more easily.

ทำเลดีมาก เดินไปเที่ยวที่คลองและหาของกินสะดวกมาก มีที่จอดรถให้ด้วย

ทางขึ้นอาจแคบไปหน่อย ควรจัดกระเป๋าแยกเล็กๆ เพื่อความสะดวก ตอนเช้าเราพยายามคืนกุญแจให้ที่พัก แต่ไม่มีจุดรับคืนเพราะร้านราเมงชั้นล่างปิดและติดป้ายว่าขายหมด เราจึงแขวนกุญแจไว้ให้แทน

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Like it that it’s close to everything, it has parking space (with extra cost) and there’s a ramen shop below (no smell or noise from the restaurant). It’s spacious and kids like the bunk beds.

Cons:

Can have more hangers and prepare a portable drying rack so we can put in front of the floor heater. I understand that there’s a ceiling drying rack in the bathroom/laundry, but no remote control provided for that wall heater to dry the clothes. Stairs are very steep and narrow.

小樽旅遊方便，空間可以讓人完全放鬆的好旅宿。
Pros:

一步之家地點非常好，走路到火車站和景點都很方便。空間很大，整齊乾淨。自己鋪牀很有趣。淋浴間大，很舒服。

性價比算高的住宿地點，主人是一樓拉麵店老闆，辦入住很方便，馬上拿鑰匙給我們，10:00退房就直接將鑰匙丟到一樓信箱裡面即可。
Pros:

房間寬敞，有六人墊被可用。
地點不錯，走路可到運河及堺町街上。

Cons:

樓梯狹小，房間在三樓，行李箱必須抬在頭頂才能上樓，我們選擇放車上，只拿盥洗衣服上樓。

運河まで歩いてすぐ！

Lovely clean character accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

This was a great place to stay in Otaru. There were three bedrooms and one bathroom, but the bathroom had a separate toilet and wash basin so it worked well. Bedroom 1 has sleeping for 2 on a double bunk. Bedroom 2 had sleeping for 3 on three single beds with a raised platform, and Bedroom 3 had 2 single beds on tatami floor. Plenty of towels, pyjamas and amenities were provided. It was great to have a well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge and cooking facilities. The area was very quiet, and we all slept well. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

It was not a problem for us, but there is no lift and the staircase is steep. Also, the beds were firm by western standards.
