Casa de Piedra Tulum

Overall, the property is very nice. Tucked away from the main street. Things that couldn’t improve their stay has extra towels to take to the pool in the beaches, which were not provided as a whole. My son and I loved are staying in Tulum and this three bedroom apartment is good for us.

Fue una estancia cómoda y agradable. Está rodeada de la naturaleza y puedes escuchar el trinar de los pájaros, lo cual hizo la experiencia más padre.
El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento y está bien ubicado. Sin lugar a dudas regresaríamos.

Un lugar muy agradable, excelente atención de Hugo y de Modesto, 8 noches de descanso que volveria de nuevo otra vez, habitación con todos los servicios, todo muy moderno, estufa, agua caliente, aire acondicionado y lo mas importante un entorno ecologico.

Surprise, ce n'est pas un appart hôtel. Pas d'accueil physique, uniquement whatsapp et une boîte à clés.

Pas de micro onde, congelateur Hs, baies coulissantes ne fermant plus à clé, volets obsolètes.
Rue extrémement passante et bruyante pour le batiment vert.
Le roof top est dans un état pitoyable et dangereux ( lames de bois cassées, équipements hs...etc)
Chercher ailleurs sans aucun doute

The stay was good! Rooms did not look as well as the pictures and the sheets smelled real funky. The shower pressure was super strong and leaked from one side (which flooded the entire bathroom). But they were extremely accommodating. Towels were provided and the area was quiet! There was no problem parking and very easy to get to! The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed! There was also a tv with netflix and other apps which was super nice!

quite area, easy to get to everything. especially if you have a scooter or car. if you want to venture to the hotel area or the ruins, you would be better off with scooter or using the collectivos verses bike.

Hosts very communicative and friendly. But room we had had mold and humidity issues. Lots of mold on curtains, rusted out bath fixtures due to lack of fan and circulation, ac smell. Property itself could use some maintenance as pictured from a bit ago (prior to hurricane?). Noise from people up and down stairs at all hours as we were on the 1st floor and they’re metal and no elevator. Had nice little patio and the outdoor cats were the best. Bed is full/double. Internet worked well. Walkable to several restaurants and cafes

The owner/care taker was nice and help us with whatever we need. The suite has some unique characters, like the wooden half steps stairs, and the walk on net on the over height ceiling. That was interesting, my kid loves it.

We liked that we were out of the fray in the city, but still walkable to great coffee shops, breakfast, restaurants and more. Plus, we loved having a full kitchen on site! The hosts were helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

Property has soooo much potential. It needs some attention and regular maintenance and someone who has attention to basic details.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Piedra. The value for money is unbeatable. 1000 square feet of living space with high ceilings and as an added bonus, a netted/webbed lounging area that doubles as a trampoline for kids. It was also nice having two distinct rooftop areas, one of which we had to ourselves. Hugo is very approachable and great to chat with, and Modesto looked after us very nicely. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but the price is a fraction of Hilton prices. Very comfy bed as well! Recommended.
