Pros:

Hervorragende Lage. Check-in absolut reibungslos. Geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon. Super vor allem Bar/Cafe Lois im Erdgeschoss - wir haben dort den Schlüssel bekommen, jeden Morgen Kaffee und abends etwas Sprudelndes getrunken. Super nette Leute.

Cons:

Eine ganz kleine Einschränkung: Für eine der beiden Lampen am Bett keine Steckdose; Lampen insgesamt nicht sehr hell. Das ist aber wirklich eine winzige Einschränkung, die nicht ins Gewicht fällt.

Great place, super value for money!
Pros:

We are a group of 4 18 yo girls interrailing and this has been the best place we have stayed in across Europe. My mum booked this for us after a recommendation from her friend in Berlin. The location, in fact the road is the best. The apartment is perfect. We were able to cook our own food after so long! V easy to get around. We did a bit of touristy stuff and went to some clubs close by.

Pros:

Struttura dotata di tutti i servizi in un’ottima posizione nel centro di Berlino. Piccola cucina ma con tutto il necessario per potersi preparare dei pasti. Vicinissima alle stazioni metro è situata in una bella zona, anche solo per una passeggiata o una cena nelle vicinanze. Davvero un’esperienza positiva.

Si sente qualche rumore, ma nulla che potesse inficiare sul riposo notturno.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso ma dotato di tende pesanti per non disturbare il sonno al mattino. Bagno con vasca, cucina ben attrezzata. Le pulizie e il cambio asciugamani è quotidiano. Ha un piccolo terrazzino che si affaccia sulla vivace via sottostante. Posizione comoda per i mezzi e per raggiungere caffè e ristoranti. Consigliato!

Muy bien comunicado, cerca del metro y del tren, a 15 minutos de la isla de los museos.

Cons:

Muy poco menaje de cocina, y al estar encima de un bar con terraza (de la misma gente que los apartamentos) era muy ruidoso hasta pasadas las 12 de la noche.

Pæn, velfungerende og centralt beliggende hotellejlighed. En klar anbefaling!

Den centrale beliggenhed, pæn og velfungerende lejlighed. Afslappet og ukompliceret ind- og udtjekning.
Vi blev anbefalet at parkere i p-huset på Alexanderplatz, men valgte efter en kort research, at parkere i p-huset ved KulturBrauerei, 1,3 kilometers gang fra hotellet. Det sparede os for 10 euro pr. dag.

Cons:

Tyskland slog sin egen varmerekord, den dag vi ankom. Derfor savnede vi aircondition dén dag. Tror dog ikke det er et problem ved almindelige temperaturer.

Tolle Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung, zentral in Berlin
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Es war ausreichend Platz im Apartment und sehr hell. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Diese Wohnung eignet sich in erster Linie für Menschen, die schnell und unkompliziert an verschiedenen Spots sein möchte. Es gibt sehr viel zu erleben und zu sehen. Sie eignet sich weniger für Besucher, die Ruhe und Stille bevorzugen. Die Bar unterhalb der Wohnung ist der einladend, selbst morgens gibt es direkt einen sehr leckeren Kaffee dort.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war sehr aufgeheizt, dies aber vermutlich durch die vorab anhaltenden Temperaturen. Es war ein Ventilator in der Wohnung, der es erträglich machte.
