Apartments Berlin Lottumstraße 4

The large door to the block of flats was quite noisy woke us a couple of times when people were coming in at 3am...as the flat is right by it. Also there is no oven tray to cook chips and the rack doesn't fit in oven, it's too narrow and keep sliding off.

All was good

In the kitchen, the dishwasher was running when we arrived (after it finished I saw it was empty-not eco-friendly).
1. I checked the bed sheets in my room but not in my father’s - my biggest mistake. Later evening before going to sleep, we discovered father's bed sheets were dirty, with some trash and black hairs. The next morning, I asked the service to bring clean sheets and was waiting more than 3 hours, but their local Berlin team works only 11:00-15:00.
2. We went out and asked them to leave clean sheets near the door and not to enter (to respect our privacy).
3. A few hours later, I suddenly received a message asking to pay a €200 deposit. When I asked where this rule came from, they said it was a mistake and meant for another guest, but the message clearly had my name on it...
4. When we came back, we found they entered and changed both beds-and the “clean” sheets they used were dirty again, with stains!
5. When I went to brush my teeth, I found long black hair on my toothbrush!!!(my father is hairless, and my daughter and I are pretty blonde). I disinfected all toothbrushes as best I could(night, what could I do).
5. I wrote everything to their WhatsApp service, they replied they would fix it in the morning, but I needed clean sheets and a new toothbrush this evening, not tomorrow... So I also repeated my request not to enter the apartment until checkout.
6. Also, what other guests wrote about the window facing the corridor is true and housekeeping does not fix it, this window was our nightmare: every time someone entered the building, the corridor light turned on and lit up whole apartment. My daughter got scared at night when she left the toilet and the light suddenly flashed into her eyes.
7. While sleeping, we constantly heard the building door closing loudly, and the apartment corridor floor squeaks a lot, especially at night.
This apartment is on the ground floor, with no bars on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with open window.

For samme pris kan man få et glimrende hotel med morgenmad. Stuen er meget spartansk møbleret. Der er kun lige nok service/bestik. Meget spartansk hvis man selv vil lave mad

Small shower but minor issue

Die Wohnung hatte eine steile Treppe zur Haustür innerhalb der Wohnung, sehr gefährlich für Kinder. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, in der Beschreibung stand, Kaffee und Tee vorhanden, aber es gab lächerliche 4 Teebeutel und 4 Kaffeepads.

De toegangsdeur naar de rest van het complex zit recht naast het appartement, dat gaf enige geluidsoverlast. Ook is de douche wel erg smal.
