Cons:

Terrible check in experience. 40 minutes waiting to check in, even with no other guests in the line. After that, the room card didn't work. Had to wait more 20 minutes to wait the responsible person to came with the master key. Then, one more surprise, there was no towels for all the guests. Had to wait more 15 minutes. Carpets in the room are not well cleaned.

Everything very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very cooperative. Baik and a grocery were few meters away.
