Pros:

Staff are very helpful when available, The place is location is superior and room are spacious. Many choices of coffeeshops around.

Cons:

They tried to looks like a hotel but they are more like a furnished apartment rather than a hotel despite priced like a hotel. Street noise is very disturbing as rooms are not well sound proofed. Difficult to find the entrance as it located on the concealed side of the building. Room is not well maintained. Do not expect room service like hotel, some items are missing.

Great place to stay. Staff were great all the way from the receptionist who contacted us before arrival to the housekeeping (Eva) who went above and beyond to assist us.

10/10 stay, would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Honestly, everything was great. The place was super clean and comfortable, and the whole stay felt easy and smooth. Abdulla Al Otaibi is a great host — very friendly and helpful.

اقامة حلوة و نظيفة و أهم شيء الهدوء والراحة ما تسمح حس عكس الفنادق صوت المصعد و ناس رايحة جاية . شكرا كثير لحسن المعاملة و شكر خاص للأستاذ فهد على حسن المعاملة. موفقين ان شاءالله .
و جنب سكن في مطاعم و جلسات حلوة .

Cons:
