Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Ottima posizione situato all'inizio della GRAN VIÀ, vicino alla metropolitana ed altri servizi come ad esempio il deposito bagagli,market,area food e shopping.
L'appartamento è molto accogliente, bello è grande ,il nostro era situato al piano terra ma non si sentiva assolutamente nulla.
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, spazioso ed è composto da molti servizi.
Da ritornare!!!!

Globalement le séjour d’un mois au LIMEHOME était bien et agréable
Pros:

Super emplacement à deux pas de Plaza de Espana. Rue calme. Résidence calme et propre. Appartement spacieux. Douche extra. Literie confortable. Système code d’entrée résidence et appartement. Check-in et Check-out autonome. Ascenseur. Nécessaire en vaisselle et équipements suffisants. Double vitrage. Système Clim chauffage bien. Machine à laver efficace.

Cons:

En effet, j’ai constaté aussi la présence de quelques fourmis dans la cuisine (j’ai dû utiliser du vinaigre et de la cannelle pour m’en débarrasser, ça marche). Vis-à-vis rapproché avec les voisins en face de la résidence surtout quand on se met au balcon. La télévision peut avoir des interférences avec d’autres utilisateurs de la résidence et vous mettre le programme du voisin, très perturbant. Le disjoncteur peut s’éteindre si vous utilisez beaucoup d’équipements électriques, mais il suffit de le redéclencher. Autre fait bizarre les résidents mitoyens de mon appartement ont décidé de faire la cuisine et les odeurs de cuisson s’échappait de ma hotte, il faut alors allumer la hotte pour évacuer les odeurs. Rideaux occultants pas suffisants pour les personnes qui aiment dormir dans le noir total. Manque un jeu de draps et housses et plus de serviettes pour un séjour d’un mois, mais heureusement qu’il y’a une machine à laver.

Relatively good apartment in a good area but with problems

It is located in a good area, close to Gran Via and Plaza España but also about 15 minutes from Plaza Mayor. The ground floor apartment we stayed in was relatively good for one night.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were troubled by the electrical equipment of the accommodation as well as the air conditioning. When we returned in the evening, the power had been cut off. Having such knowledge myself, I managed to repair the damage - the owner did not help us. We turned off the heating but it turned on again by itself and cut off the power again. The air conditioning in the large bedroom made a lot of noise on the ceiling, resulting in one resident not being able to sleep. Such an expensive accommodation is not allowed to have such problems that bother the residents, they need to solve them as soon as possible by investing a little more.

Tesisin yeri mükemmel , 4 kişilik bir aile için gayet yeterli. Eve ilk gittiğinizde peçete , tuvalet kâğıdı, deterjan gibi ilk etapta gerekli herşey mevcut

La ubicación, el servicio y las comodidades del apartamento

Cons:

Los problemas de salida de agua de la ducha y que al prender la calefacción o tener mas de 2 cosas conectadas a la vez se iba la luz. La velocidad de internet no era suficiente para trabajar.
