Tutto ottimo. Davvero! Dalla cucina super alla camera,alla zona,ai servizi. Tutto.

Tutto. Ci siamo tornati più volte. Una garanzia.

Confortevole, elegante. Tutto molto curato. Zona relax sauna pulita e con spazi adeguati . L’appartamento era curato in tutti i dettagli.

Die Lage war einfach fantastisch. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein nettes geräumiges Zimmer in der 2. Etage im Nebenhaus (Teppichboden, großer südseitiger Balkon). Das Haupthaus ist durch einen Verbindungsgang erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig (mir fehlte nur das frische Gemüse), Eigerichte werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.
Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Halbpension ist SEHR zu empfehlen, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut!

Tutta la struttura davvero pulitissima e bellissima,
Appartamento davvero stupendo, si è percepita subito la qualità di OGNI singolo oggetto, degli elettrodomestici, dalla dotazione della cucina al bagno con rubinetteria Grohe dotato di doccia con temperatura regolabile.
E stato tutto pensato con una logica per offrire agli ospiti una esperienza memorabile.
La dotazione per cucinare era di altissimo livello, davvero di qualità e c'era davvero praticamente tutto.
Arredamento dell'appartamento in legno, due tv, veranda con sedie, inoltre balconcino con stendino dotato di sdraio per poter ammirare ogni volta la vista delle montagne.
Appartamento silenzioso.
Posizione dell'hotel tranquilla.
Letti comodissimi
Giardino con salterello e altalena per poter far giocare i bimbi.
Sdraio in giardino per potersi rilassare, biciclette a disposizione, sauna interna e jacuzzi esterna.
Staff fantastico, disponibile per ogni richiesta.

Ogni struttura dovrebbe prendere esempio da Hotel Erlhof 💙 perché siamo stati benissimo e credo torneremo di nuovo qui l'anno prossimo.
Non sono solito esagerare nei complimenti ma quando una struttura merita davvero, è giusto valorizzare l'impegno e all'attenzione che abbiamo percepito.
Grazie ancora Hotel Erlhof, tornare alla vita di tutti i giorni dopo aver soggiornato da voi, è davvero dura.

Luxury is a wide term, and I think we all have different opinions of what it means. It's a good apartment hotel which is almost tastefully and fully renovated. When you book, make sure you get a fully renovated room - you may otherwise end up with a really well used rock hard bed and a bathroom from the 80's.
The hotel is situated in a very quiet location, about 300m from the ski bus. We never used the bus but drove ourselves to Kronplatz (25 min) and Klausberg (10 min).
In the cellar there's a "family" room, which has seen better days but is fully functional and good to use if you are traveling more than one family with kids. Then this room is good for an evening glass of wine while the kids rummage around. The pool is a jacuzzi, not a pool so don't expect to go swimming at the hotel. There are apparently very nice "thermal baths" about 30 min drive from the Erlhof.
The dinners are good and plentiful - much too plentiful in my opinion, so you will not run the risk of shedding a few kilos with all that exercise in the slopes as they will add them selves right back on at 18:30.
The breakfast buffet could be larger, but then again it has all the essentials and you can order eggs to your liking. So no real reason to complain here either.
Friendly staff and it's all clean and tidy, as you would expect when it's a "luxury" hotel. We thought it was very good value for what we paid and all in all, if you have a car, you can choose this place and be confident the foundation for a successful holiday is laid.

We were in the "brown" building with our kids and other family and we loved it. Everything was perfect. Hotel was renovated in 2015 and it is very very beautiful. The rooms are elegant and cosy at the same time. The apartments were clean and warm. The sauna and wearpool were available till 20h and we enjoyed using them. Kids loved to play in the playroom. The stuff was very kind. We will return for sure and we recomend this Hotel to everyone. Best regards from Slovenia

I spent a wonderful stay in Appart-Hotel Erlhof. The rooms are cozy, well organized and very comfortable. The entire mansion has been renovated with top-notch commodities among which a Sauna, an infra-red cabin... and you should definitively try the open air whirlpool : the view is magnifiscient.

All this is located in a accessible place of the Valle Aurio, in the middle of the mountains. At night, you can hear the torrent, in the morning you see the sun waking-up the mountains and in the evening you hear the bells of the nearby fields.

The family who holds the place is very kind and always ready to help. Usually I try to find improvement points but here, everything was perfect. I will be back... and so should you !

our second visit to erlhof was even better than the first. as always the welcome from the hosts was superb. the rooms were very clean and the hotel food was simply exceptional! we enjoyed the free games facilities (ping pong, table football, trampoline, etc) and this year 4 brand new mountain bikes with really decent spec were available for guests to use without additional costs.
This is a great place for families or couples to visit, with loads to do in the vicinity.
the real surprise was the outstanding quality, presentation and variety of food in the evening meals.
The hotel were also brilliant at helping out with the strict gluten-free dietary requirements of our youngest daughter.

We have just spent a week here in the Residence part. Our apartment was superbly equipped and spacious. Free use of a washing machine and bikes was a massive bonus with 3 children. The people were extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organised. We cannot find fault and plan to return next year.
Great place to stay with lots to do in the area. The accommodation is perfectly situated for children to play safely. A cycle path to the nearby villages makes it all the more accessible. The beauty of the river and the mountains is breathtaking. A field full of deer faces the accommodation and is an extra attraction for the children.
All in all a superb place to rest and unwind.
